Pros:

We stayed 3 nights in family room in Hotel Heritage.
This really nice hotel with very close proximity to Assi Ghat in Banaras.
The rooms are clean and very confy beds.
We really liked our stay and would recommend Hotel Heritage any time.

Good location - recommended.
Pros:

Good location close to the ghats, quiet surroundings. Very nice room.
During our stay the messy reception area was being renovated with workers and building material all over the place, dust and deafening noise. Once finished the "new" reception will be very nice.

Cons:

You need to improve your message routines and paper flow:
Please only send relevant messages (no new confusing requests for pre-payment if you already have recieved what you need months ago).
In the reception you need to keep better track on what (restaurant bills, laundry etc) is already paid cash and what should be paid at check-out.

Замечательный отель и ресторан
Pros:

Были в январе 1 ночь. Расположение отеля очень удачное-до асси гат 5 минут и там вечерний аарти, также к отелю подьезжает такси и не нужно никуда нести чемоданы по узким улочкам. Предоставили трансфер, отвечали на все вопросы. Организовали лодку и могут предоставить гида и любую экскурсию. Номер чистый, просторный, горячая вода, чайник. На 5-м этаже ресторан. Я в Индии уже 7 дней и здесь ела самую вкусную еду за все время, хоть и вегетарианскую.Очень советую и ресторан и отель. Приятные, хорошие люди. Все было очень хорошо!

Decent stay at a good location.
Pros:

The property is good and very well located . However there was a construction going on and it was very inconvenient. Elevator was not working and it was increasingly difficult with my mother to climb . To compensate the same they arranged a complimentary dinner for the in house guest . Rooms were clean and decent .

Somewhat average experience for the tariff charged.
Pros:

Liked the location because of its proximity to Assi Ghat. This isn't the first time I stayed at the property and I have always liked the behavior of staff in general.

Cons:

The room key wasn't working and spent a considerable time calling up and getting the key issue resolved, only to experience the same issue resurface. The room TV wasn't working either and had to call the reception before it was fixed.
