Apartamento em péssimo estado de conservação, com infiltrações diversas e muito cheiro de mofo, amenizado após solicitação de intervenção, quando a equipe de limpeza aplicou alguns aromas para mitigar o problema, sem resolve-lo. Quem é alérgico ou sensível não pode se hospedar aí, jamais!

Pros:

Gostamos do atendimento da recepção, os recepcionista estão de parabéns e a limpeza excelente.

Cons:

A primeira acomodação (611)não estava perfeita, pois não tinha iluminação na varanda, informei e foi feita a troca para o 606, que o banheiro não tinha torneira no bide e nem ducha higiênica, a porta do quarto range e como tenho problemas com barulho por causa de insônia isso atrapalha, barulhos vindo do andar de cima, de arrasto de móveis as 6:50 da manhã que foi até às 7:15 e o jantar onde pedimos uma carne picanha e foi sinalizado que estava ruim pelo ponto da carne e endurecida, onde não foi feito nenhum reparo em dar uma nova refeição, ou nova carne, fui na piscina no sábado, não havia toalhas na bancada, na segunda também não tinha e não estava na bancada como informaram, a escada da piscina não estava lá também.
