While we were out, hotel staff entered our room without any notice and removed all of our personal belongings, leaving them at the reception. Our items were handled carelessly, with dirty clothes mixed with clean clothes and fragile belongings all mixed together.
When one member of our group returned to the hotel, the staff tried to prevent him from entering the room and only then they informed him about this incident and claimed there had been a bathroom leak from our bathroom to the room below and that we were moved to another hotel.Otherwise we had no information prior to this and gave absolutely no permission to them to pack and move all of our stuff. When he(my friend from our group)finally checked the room, it was already clean and prepared for new guests.
To make matters worse, an important personal item went missing. This situation was extremely stressful and completely unacceptable
