Superb location and great staff.
Pros:

Location is superb for Kumamoto. You have access to the Sakuramachi mall, downtown and the castle at walking distance and communication via tram and buses everywhere else.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit pricey for me, particularly considering that there are so many options outside.

The Japanese breakfast was really good didn't check the buffet one but would certainly recommend the Japanese one. You cannot choose what you get though
