福岡の商店街巡り大成功
Pros:

近くに食事が出来るお店が多く素泊まりでも充分楽しめました、チェックアウトしようと部屋を出たら新聞がドアノブにかけてあって、嬉しかったです。

位置佳，逛街很方便，回機場也超方便！
Pros:

推薦給要回阿蘇熊本機場的旅客，飯店一樓就是通町筋公車站，機場巴士就是在這搭乘，位置極佳啊！

Great value stay- amazing staff!
Pros:

1. The concierge, a female staff who spoke perfect English, was super helpful, full of initiative and so pleasant and friendly. Unfortunately we did not get her name- an unfortunate oversight on our part but she attended to us on the 1st 3 days of our stay from 10 march to 12 march. We wish to compliment the Hotel on having such an amazing staff who does credit to the Hotel.
2. We had interconnecting rooms which were great. The bathroom shower pressure was strong, the hotel provided a shower chair and non slip shower mat. The toilet was separated from splashes from the sink by a low wall. The bed was comfortable and pillows great for sleep.
3. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the rooms clean. Loved the free bottled water daily.

Cons:

Minor points:
1. Breakfast was rather ordinary.
2. A chair in the room ( rather than the backless seat) who have been most welcome.

服務很好，整體而言很舒適
Pros:

飯店外就是公車站，無論是搭電車或機場巴士都很方便，旁邊商店街也很熱鬧。
接待人員服務很好，一進飯店就會有人引導協助。
房間乾淨，浴室的設備都是Refa的產品，非常好用。

楽しいひと時をありがとうございました。
Pros:

繁華街に近く便利な立地で、部屋も清掃が行き届き清潔でとても良かったです。初めての熊本で、ホテルの人に美味しいお店も教えていただき、楽しい旅行になりました。ありがとうございました。
