Pros:

Proche de la gare et du centre ville.

Cons:

Personne à la réception le lundi. Il faut appeler pour avoir quelqu'un qui n'est jamais là.
Je n'ai pas pu déposer mon bagage dans la matinée comme convenu et ai dû le transporter toute la journée avec moi.
Pour la chambre le plafond présentait des traces d'humidité/dégâts des eaux ?!
Salle de bain sans rideaux de douche, il ne faut pas être grand et lors du ménage le personnel n'a pas débarrasser le gel douche laissé par le précédent voyageur.
Odeur bizarre dans l'escalier.
Un point positif calme, ma chambre donnait sur le parc.
Je ne recommande pas cette établissement.

The location is good. Close to the train station and main sights. Bed was comfortable. Stuff were kind.

Cons:

The hotel needs a little bit of refreshing. There was a bad odeur on the staircase and in rooms. We could here everything that happened in the room next to us - a man was snoring all the time. Despite this it was good value for money

Bonne surprise
Pros:

Il y avait un festival juste à côté avec des concerts le soir mais une fois la fenêtre fermée le bruit avait bien diminué donc plutôt bonne insonorisation.

Proche du centre et des endroits festifs.

Cons:

La chambre 100 qui avait l’air pas fini, les radiateur débranché et laissé à l’abandon, le coffre et le mini frigo à même le sol, les fenêtres donnant sur une palissade délabré et sale, la salle de bain pas finis ( trou derrière les wc- montant de porte enlevé et pas repeint) , chambre triple avec 2 lit simple et un canapé lit peu confortable. Pas de ménage ni lit fait entre les 2 jours de séjour. Du coup chère pour la qualité et le service: 340€ pour 2 nuits.

J’ai passé une nuit plutôt calme, mais je n’y retournerai pas.
Pros:

La situation géographique est parfaite, au centre de la ville et proche de la gare.

Cons:

Le personnel était assez déroutant. À mon arrivée, environ deux heures avant l’heure de check-in, on m’a demandé de payer un supplément de 10 € pour un check-in anticipé. J’ai refusé, car cela n’était pas mentionné. On m’a alors expliqué que la chambre n’était pas prête et qu’il serait impossible de faire le check-in après 19 h, alors que le site indique clairement une disponibilité jusqu’à 22 h.

Quelques instants plus tard, comme je ne souhaitais pas laisser mes affaires sur place, la version a changé : on m’a finalement autorisé à faire le check-in immédiatement, la chambre étant soudainement prête.

J’ai payé 72 € pour une nuit. Au vu de la qualité du service, d’une chambre vieillissante avec des équipements modestes et d’un petit-déjeuner peu satisfaisant, le prix me paraît excessif.

Aucune insonorisation des chambres, 3eme étage sans ascenseur, escaliers très étroits, chambre avec plafond ayant subi un dégât des eaux non traité, salle de bain très exigü (on se cogne de partout dans la douche)...

Solo la colazione le foto pubblicate sul sito non corrispondono alla realtà.
Soffitti pieno di muffa e sacrosanti
Bagno vecchio, il wc perdeva acqua
Il personale parla solo francese, mentre sul dichiarano di parlare anche inglese e italiano
Scale per accesso alle camere strettamente e con gradini irregolari, impossibile accesso per i disabili
Porte delle camere con vernice scontrata e anche maniglione delle scale
Cattivo odore (di vecchio) per i piani
