Prima Lage, nette Chefin, ruhig und sauber
Pros:

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal und nette Chefin des Hotels. Die Lage ist sehr gut und ruhig, nicht zu weit vom Bahnhof entfernt und im Zentrum gelegen. Die Klimaanlagen funktioniert gut. Es gab auch 2 separate Matratzen.

Cons:

Noch besser wäre für jede Matratze eine eigene Decke zu haben. Die Treppe ist steil und nicht so einfach mit schweren Koffern zu nehmen.

Hôtel bien situé géographiquement
Pros:

Hôtel situé dans le centre, à proximité des commerces, mais dans une rue non passante donc calme.
Mise à disposition de la chambre quelque soit l'heure d'arrivée. Respect de l'autonomie des clients.
Dépliants et carte de la ville en libre service à la réception.
Le gérant se soucie du confort et du bien-être des clients.
Le petit déjeuner est varié et illimité.

Cons:

Le personnel vient frapper à votre porte pour que vous descendiez manger le petit déjeuner avant l'heure de fin de service, sans avoir demandé au client si il souhaitait être réveillé.
La cours privée extérieure n'est accessible qu'à certaines heures non définies, et jamais en soirée.
L'hôtel aurait besoin de quelques rénovations (peinture au plafond, portes qui grincent, robinetterie...)

Air conditioning was a bit all or nothing, pointed at the bed. But it was extremely hot, so it was needed.

Pros:

Accueil très sympathique. Hôtel simple, dans une rue calme au coeur du centre ville d'Avignon.Petit déjeuner copieux et bon.
Emplacement idéal pour visiter la vieille ville.

Cons:

Il faisait chaud la nuit et avec l'ouverture de la fenêtre, il y avait le bruit des climatiseurs proches.
Une climatisation des chambres serait souhaitable.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Es liegt sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig (mit Parkblick).

Cons:

Die Rezeption ist tagsüber nicht dauerhaft besetzt. Ich habe recht lange vor der verschlossenen Tür auf der Straße warten müssen.
Das Zimmer war in keinem guten Zustand (ein Regal hing auf "halbacht"), es gab offene Bohrlöcher, die Dusche war extrem eng (ich trage Gr. 36, bin also schlank, aber selbst für mich war es eng).
