The view and the unit had a lot of room.
The unit didn't seem to be very clean.
Great location, view, super spacious, loved it. Fishing off the jetty out front was so cool too. Spent alot of time in the pool
The shower pressure was very strong, sometimes felt like needles. Also no kayak hire even though it was advertised. Understandably they had been stolen so not really their fault.

It was big, beautiful view
NO AIR CON! it was a horrible hot night with only ceiling fans. I would not have booked had I known.
Very dated- cream hi pile carpet was full of stains and felt sticky and damp. Not at all what the photos suggested on booking.com

Great stay, but ruined at the end.
Left an item behind and they tried to scam me $60 for it to be sent to Victoria. Paid a lot of money for three nights and they do this to their customers. Congratulations, to try and make $60, you just lost all future bookings from us. So greedy and taking advantage of people.
We stayed in Room 1, which was Extremely spacious inside and out. Perfect size for our family of five including a curious 3 year old and conveniently located. Gorgeous river outlook and peer at the back door.
Although we would stay again, be aware, if you have a toddler, there are No latches on either of the two rear gates, which leads to the river - extremely illegal. No response from reception from my phone message or booking site message re same.
I was told by the next door neighbour that they had been complaining to body corp about it since October.
Front entrance door could also do with a chain latch as there is a push button lock, not key lock, and the door handle is reachable at toddler height.
If you have a toddler, bring one bike lock with you for the first back gate. Also bring a toddler door cover for the front entrance door as well.
The views, the space and the comfort! Very relaxing and peaceful. Yet only a few minutes walk to town.
