Uns hat gefallen, dass das Restaurant ein gutes Essen angeboten hat. Die Zimmer sind modern und gut ausgestattet

Cons:

Die Höflichkeit mancher Mitarbeiter ließ zu wünschen übrig. Leider gibt das Hotel keine Luzerner Gästekarte aus, mit der man kostenlos die Verkehrsmittel benutzen könnte. Darauf sollte man vorher hinweisen. Aus diesem Grunde muss man zusätzlich dafür bezahlen, was bei vermeintlich teureren Hotels in der Innenstadt im Preis inbegriffen ist. Die Klima- und Heizungsanlagen der Zimmer sind zu laut.

Pros:

The restaurant staff was polite , the room clean and the breakfast was really good.

Cons:

We arrived and departed without meeting any hotel staff, as the entire process was handled through self check-in. While this wasn’t a problem in itself, it made the experience feel rather impersonal.

Unfortunately, the elevator was out of service when we arrived, so we had to carry all of our luggage up the stairs, which was particularly inconvenient.

Our room overlooked the main road, offering no pleasant view.

The biggest disappointment, however, was the value for money. Considering the high price of the room, we expected at least some basic amenities. There was no refrigerator, no complimentary bottled water, no coffee machine, and virtually no in-room facilities at all.

Apart from the restaurant staff, there was no visible hotel staff during our stay. Overall, we found the room significantly overpriced for what was actually offered. At this price point, we expected a much more comfortable and complete hotel experience.

séjour agréable
Pros:

chambre très bien, petit déjeuner très bien, enregistrement déroutant quand on découvre tout seul la machine mais bien pratique une fois que l'on nous a expliqué. (ascenseur vitré très chouette). Extérieurs ombragés bien agréables.
Hotel bien placé pour se rendre dans le centre en vélo, toutefois un endroit pour ranger les vélos serait bienvenu
