Nie wieder in diesem Hotel
Cons:

Zugang zum Zimmer über viele verschiedene Treppen mit Gepäck. Zimmer sehr klein, Bett sehr schmal für 2 Personen. Frühstück sehr sparsam. Kein Personal

Einfach genial
Pros:

Das Zimmer war genial für uns drei, da unser Sohn durch eine Schiebetür getrennt ein eigenes Zimmer und somit Privatsphäre hatte. Wir hatten eine kleine Kochgelegenheit und ein schnuggliges Badezimmer mit Dusche und sogar eine Whirlpoolwanne :). Leider war das Dachgeschoss nur über Treppen zugängig, was aber dem allem keinen großen Negativpunkt gibt. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, der Kaffe sehr gut und auch Vegetarier finden etwas.
Das Personal und der Chef unglaublich freundlich, habe mich wie zuhause gefühlt, kann man nur weiter empfehlen!

Cons:

Vielleicht der Zugang über 2 Stockwerke über die Treppe.

Wenn wir nochmal nach Luzern kommen, werden wir wieder hier buchen.
Pros:

Perfekte Lage in einem Vorort von Luzern. Haben nach der Anreise nur noch den ÖPNV benutzt. Bushaltestelle ist 100m entfernt. Somit ist es eine idealrer Startplatz für Touren. War übrigens das einzige infrage kommende Hotel, wo der Stellplatz fürs Auto kostenfrei war und nicht bis zu 30€/Tag zusätzlich gekostet hat. Zimmer hatte einen leinen Balkon. Nicht üppig, aber zum Kaffee trinken hätte es gereicht. Leider war das Wetter nicht dafür. Nettes aufmerksames Personal und ein sehr gutes Restaurant, mit vernünftigen Preisen.

Very unhappy
Pros:

Room was clean.

Cons:

Self-checkin was very complicated! It involved multiple steps and we spent 20min to get inside, while being very tired at 2am. Also, I booked for 2 adults but the room had only 1 pillow and 1 blanket!!! Appalling especially in Switzerland!!! And the hotel refused to give even partial refund.

A little impersonal, the first time I've actually never had anyone around for personal check in if preferred by the guest, etc - perhaps because it's more of a restaurant than a hotel.

Klein aber fein.
Pros:

Es war alles vorhanden was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt benötigt. Es war alles sehr sauber und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war gut, nicht riesig, aber es gab von allem etwas.

Der Frühstücksservice kann verbessert werden. Das Frühstücksbuffet wurde eine Stunde vor Schließung nicht mehr aufgefüllt bzw. an nicht stark belegten Tagen eine halbe Stunde vorher abgeräumt..
