The hotel is conveniently located just a short bus ride from the centre of Lucerne, making it easy to explore the city. There is plenty of free parking available, which is a big advantage if you're travelling by car. The breakfast was very good, with a nice selection of fresh products, and we particularly appreciated that it could be arranged very early in the morning for guests with early departures. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they are functional and provide enough space for a short stay.
Unfortunately, our room faced the main road and was quite noisy, especially with the windows open. The biggest issue was the air conditioning, which did not seem to work properly during our stay. When we raised this with the staff, we were simply told that it was easy to operate and should be working, but the problem was never really addressed, leaving the room uncomfortably warm. While the location is convenient, unlike many Swiss hotels there is no complimentary public transport pass or discount for local buses, which would have been a nice addition for guests visiting Lucerne.
Voor ons was dit een ideale tussenstop onderweg naar Italië. Dicht bij Luzern, makkelijke mobiele incheck, dus zonder receptie. Bij het hotel zit een prima restaurant waar je goed kunt eten. Mocht je Luzern in willen dat is dat relatief makkelijk te bereiken. Maar als je het alleen voor overnachting gebruikt dan zit je dicht bij de snelweg, waardoor je de volgende dag snel weer onderweg bent, en kun je prima in het hotel verblijven en eten.
Ontbijt is standaard inbegrepen en is goed!
Kamer zijn schoon en netjes ingericht met alle benodigdheden.
Voor de huidige prijs/locatie/kwaliteit heb ik geen verbeterpunten kunnen bedenken.

Breakfast was really good, the room had a/c and was clean.
It is a self check in and check out process. The only staff that we saw was the breakfast lady, who was very nice, but had to take care of everything.

Leider liegt das Hotel an eine viel befahrene Strasse. Ansonsten ist es völlig in Ordnung

Helles großes Zimmer, viele Parkplätze, Frühstücksbuffet in Ordnung. Selbst Check in und Check out einfach zu erledigen. Zimmer gut lärmisoliert.
Trotz Klimaanlage warm im Zimmer. Viel Strassenlärm sobald Balkontür offen. Viel befahrene Straße. Weit entfernt von den Sehenswürdigkeiten von Luzern (zB Kapellbrücke 45 Minuten zu Fuß).
Kahvaltısı, bahçesi, otelin temizliği, lokasyonu zaten fazlasıyla yeterli, 24 saat ücretsiz çay/kahve ikramı olması çok avantajlıydı. Güleryüzlü hizmet, açık büfe kahvaltı…
450m mesafede luzern merkeze giden tren istasyonu mevcut, visitor kart verdikleri için ücretsiz kullanabiliyorsunuz.
Odadaki klima normalden fazla ses yapıyordu, fanında bir arıza olduğu belliydi.

This hotel was lovely. We had a nice airy room and the view was wonderful. There was a good choice for breakfast too. There was also free coffee and tea available which was a nice bonus.
I don’t really have any negatives to add other than we would have liked more pillows.
