Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was not particularly satisfactory, and I would like to highlight several issues that I believe should be addressed:

1. No staff or reception desk
The hotel does not have a staffed reception desk, and guests are required to complete the entire check-in and check-out process themselves. As a result, there is essentially no interaction with hotel staff simply because there are no staff members present on site.

2. No proper on-site support when problems occur
The lack of staff on site becomes a serious disadvantage when guests experience problems. For example, the Wi-Fi in my room was extremely weak, apparently due to the room being located on the third floor, and was practically unusable. In such a situation, having no staff member available on site to address the problem promptly is particularly frustrating.

3. Extremely poor bathroom quality
The condition of the glass sliding door in the bathroom was absolutely unacceptable. Due to a malfunction and an improperly installed sliding rail, the glass door was extremely difficult to move and practically required both hands to open and close. Going to the bathroom almost felt like a weightlifting exercise! On top of that, the glass door never closed properly. This is simply not acceptable for a hotel.

4. Very poor and insufficient breakfast
The breakfast was very disappointing in terms of both quality and variety, and there was clearly not enough food available. Even at 8:30 a.m., many of the items had already run out and were not being replenished. Even more surprisingly, there was very little choice available even for guests who arrived early for breakfast.

5. No proper air conditioning
The room had no air conditioning or proper cooling system. The only cooling device provided was a small fan, which is simply not sufficient to keep the room comfortable in warm weather.

Es herrschte eine enorme Hitze, und obwohl ein Ventilator vorhanden war, brachte dieser kaum Erleichterung. Der Lärm von der Strasse endete spät und begann bereits sehr früh am Morgen, sodass ich die Fenster wieder schliessen mussten.
In der Nacht von Donnerstag auf Freitag wurde zudem ein Feueralarm ausgelöst. Ich reiste am Freitag ab und informierte Sie darüber. Für diese Nacht habe ich jedoch keine Rückerstattung erhalten.
Ich bitte Sie daher, die Angelegenheit nochmals zu prüfen und mir die entsprechende Rückerstattung für die nicht in Anspruch genommene Nacht zu gewähren.

Keine Klima -sehr heiss in Zimmern ,Karten Aktivierung gedauert ,dann nach 16.uhr Zimmer nicht geputzt gewesen,müsste ständig anrufen und einchecken von 3 zimmern 40 Minuten gedauert,keine Personal vor Ort ,bei Frühstück nur 1 Person und warmes Büfetts ständig lehr.
Preisleistung Verhältnis stimmt nicht!!!!!! Bin sehr enttäuscht

Keine Klima in ganze Gebäude ,keine Personal vor Ort für Fragen ,Hilfe /nach 16.uhr 1Zimmer von 3gebuchten -schmutzig und benutzt,musste 40 Minuten rennen durch 3etagen-da ich 4 gebucht habe und 2 auf verschiedene Stockwerke waren ,warmes Büffet immer leer
