Aucune présence humaine à la reception. Le numéro de réservation Booking ne peut être activé que par téléphone, avec une personne maitrisant très peu l'anglais. Le temps de s'incrire un PV pour stationnement non payé. Restaurant fermé sans préavis.

L'hôtel est bien insonorisé, les chambres sont correctes

Cons:

L'auto check-in est compliqué, seulement en allemand et en anglais.
4 étoiles et personne à la réception, c'est problématique.
Le petit déjeuner est moyen au niveau du choix proposé, il manquait de la vaisselle

Pros:

Grande chambre, facilité de parking

Cons:

Trop bruyant, enregistrement compliqué car pas en français (heureusement qu il existe des traducteurs sur les portables). Une seule chaîne en français (tsr1)...les oreillers sont très mauvais

Zweckmässiger Aufenthalt mit ausreichendem Komfort
Pros:

Ein guter Ort zum Übernachten, wenn man in der nähe ist. Check-in/Check-out sind vollständig automatisiert, mit Personal kommt man bestenfalls beim Frühstück in Kontakt. Die Sauberkeit und Zimmerausstattung geht absolut in Ordnung.

Cons:

Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist nur für Geschäftsreisende angemessen. Die Lage ist zwar zentral, aber nicht sehr idyllisch. Das Parkplatz-Regime lässt zu wünschen übrig.
