Las camas cómodas y la habitación cumple en general, al igual que la limpieza está bien

Cons:

Tuvimos problemas con el aire acondicionado, donde no se pudo regular la temperatura, haciendo la habitación muy calurosa. Además, tuvimos una filtración por lo que tuvimos que cambiarnos de habitación, Pocas opciones para la cena y la calidad de la comida del restaurant en el desayuno es regular, pudiendo mejorar.

Desayuno adecuado, personal amable, habitaciones cómodas

Cons:

Restaurant poco variado, durante el temblor los pasillos quedaron totalmente a oscuras, no hay luminarias de emergencia, el grupo electrógeno no funcionó hasta dos horas posteriores al sismo. Las escaleras de evacuación están alejadas de los ascensores y con señalética solo al estar al lado de la puerta (no visible sin energía eléctrica).
El check out es lento cuando se requiera pagar y solicitar factura (alrededor de 10 minutos). En resumen frente a una emergencia el hotel no estaba preparado.

El baño se nota viejo y la ducha no es buena me tuve que duchar con agua fria... hice el aviso pero nunca se arreglo.
Y en el desayuno tuve que esperar unos 15 minutos para que traigan huevos... no hay mucha preocupación. Y el jugo servido es de botella.
