Pros:

Mooie zwembad en Mooie grote tuin,
De apparatuur in de keuken zijn wel verouderd, goede locatie, in het buurt van de strand, supermarkt en restaurants.

Pros:

The on-site restaurant and its staff are always top notch. All the maids, security personnel and ground crew are thorough and friendly.

Cons:

I had repeatedly asked, well in advance, to be given a ground level 1 bedroom apartment and was informed it would not be a problem. I was assigned a third floor apartment. For a man my age, walking those three flights was not pleasant and resulted in a less relaxing experience than I've had before.

Viva Las Palmeras de Willy
Pros:

On-site restaurant, hot tub, pool and very opulent and well maintained grounds.

Cons:

Although given access to a 2 bedroom , 2 floor villa vs the 1 level apartment I requested, I was a little disappointed to have to always climb stairs.

Helpful Management
Pros:

I made a mistake and booked an extra room i did not need. The manager was very helpful to assist me to cancel 1 room through the hotels app. The room was exactly as expected and advertised.
The only thing i suggest could be improved is providing drinking water.

Pros:

I had a terrible time at that place. The first thing, I didn't stay at Residencial Las Palmera but instead at Residencial Las Estrellas in Boca Chica. And the second thing, the man there tried to charge more than what's online. My apartment with two bedrooms was pretty bad. There wasn't air conditioning and it was hot on the first floor. So I had to stay in my bedroom for the rest of the days when there was AC. Then, the fridge stopped working and the WiFi connection sucked so badly that it wouldn't work well. I'm never going back there. Really poor.

Pros:

The pool thr restaurant its al decent and clean good service.

Cons:

The appartement is outdated. A whole in the couch. The showerhead old and a old rusted shower heads. The airco in the livingroom did not work. And the tv in the livingroom does not work. Its time to upgrade the place.
