We liked the location as it was easy to get in and out of Manhattan. That was the only thing going for this hotel.

Cons:

Upon confirmation two days prior to our stay we were not notified that there was no air conditioning. When we checked in we were told that our room did not have air conditioning and that we would be put in the basement. We did not pay $400 to be put in a basement. We had nowhere else to stay so obviously we had to stay there. When we walked into the room the refrigerator was hanging off the wall and it didn't work. We went down to the lobby and mentioned it and they put us in another room. That room was absolutely disgusting. I don't think it had been cleaned since the hotel opened. We complained about how hot it was and they brought up two very dirty fans and wedged our window open with the lid from the ice bucket. There was no towels so we had to request those and when they came there was hair on them that was not either of ours. The shower clogged and water was filling up and the walls in the bathroom were filthy. But the bed, the bed was the worst. They used a sheet to cover the mattress so essentially that ended up coming off and the mattress had a big blood stain on it. The comforter was so filthy and brown underneath the sheet that they used instead of a duvet cover. I was absolutely disgusted. We found two used prophylactics in the room as well. There was also no working locks on the door in the room which was very unsettling. All around the worst accommodation that we've ever stayed at. This was also a trip for my husband's 40th birthday. So this was absolutely disappointing to say the least. I do have photos and videos as well.

It did not have no AC the doors was messed up the sheets was dirty I had to have three fans in the room to cool me off it was only AC in the lobby it I seen like two roaches but otherwise everything was okay the area location

Cons:

The location they need to do better with the rooms and make customer feel comfortable because I was not the only one complaining

Pros:

Location and price were responsible.

Cons:

Poor customer service, checking in was difficult. My room didn’t have any bath towels and when I asked the front desk assistant about she made no effort to create a resolution.

As I walked in, I was told that there was no air conditioner in any of the rooms. I decided to still see the room as I had no other place to stay within an hour. There was no towels, no fitted sheet on the bed, brown stains on every fabric and bodily fluids on the phone/chair. There was also grime everywhere and a horrible stench in the room. The front desk agent was useless, refused to help in any way possible or refer me to a manager. The front desk told me to request a refund through booking and they will fulfill that but have ignored my request even though the hotel was nothing like advertised or safe to stay in.

Absolutely nothing. The place was diabolical. We walked in, took one look and walked straight back out again. If I could give it a minus rating I would.

Cons:

On arrival there is security glass all around the reception which is frightening to say the least. The area feels unsafe and this didn't help that feeling. All TVs have been removed from the walls, wires hanging out everywhere. We were told there was no air conditioning so they put us in the basement. The rooms were disgusting, smelt of smoke, no windows, and the bed sheets / pillows etc. looked like you would catch something. The room numbers were pieces of paper stuck on the door. A colleague had arrived earlier and stayed for two nights and reported there was no hot water. We immediately found alternative accommodation and requested a refund which was not provided. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! If it says the hotel is fully booked, don't be fooled. It's because they're only renting out 4 appalling rooms in the basement. It's absurd that this place is available to stay in at all.

El trato del personal no fue el mejor, las condiciones del hotel no eran las esperadas, y no nos dieron la habitación que habíamos reservado porque tenía problemas con el aire acondicionado. Nos mandaron al sub suelo a una habitación, sin ventanas, con las paredes rotas, manchas de sangre en la colcha de la cama y sin toallas en los baños. No volveré a este hotel y espero una devolución de parte de booking
