Cons:

I did 2 days at the brooklyn and they never clean the room or change the towels,the soap,the toilet paper.

Very noisy, dirty over priced
Pros:

The room was quite large.

Cons:

Paid for early check in but room wasn’t ready. It hadn’t even been cleaned. Toilet still had soiled/ stale pee on, not been hovered.

Worst hotel ever

Cons:

The room in the basement was horrible. We did not stay and we're not been reimbursed and still waiting for the $100 security . I asked to speak with the receptionist who assigned the room but she couldn't be found...

Pros:

Check in was supposed to be at 3:00. The room wasn't ready till 7:00

Cons:

I can say I come often and every time I come to this hotel now there is always a long wait time for the room to be ready and I still have to pay the same amount. They should be paying me for damages! It's ridiculous

The ceiling looked like it had a leak. Bathroom shower rust. You did not refund my security fee.
