Excellent location, comfortable beds, nice hotel!
Pros:

The location was great, the beds were very comfortable, and the pool was a perfect temperature.

Cons:

The staff at the front desk was not very friendly or helpful, on the phone and in-person. This definitely made a difference in the overall score. One day before our stay, I inquired about a crib and was told "if one is available", rather than holding it for us or even putting it in the notes. Upon check-in, I inquired again and was told the same thing, instead of him checking on it, then was told it would be an extra $20. Thank goodness we brought our Pack-n-Play.

The gentlemen at the front desk were awesome! Great people! Very helpful!
Pros:

We arrived at 9:00 and it was almost gone. Did manage to get a bagel tho. Waffle maker didn’t work very well!

Pros:

The location was great since we were there for a wedding in the same building. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Room needed some updating. The walls near the floor were starting to decay and I think they touched up the ceiling since it was leaking, but used non-matching paint. Room was near the pool, which was fun, but very humid in our room.

Nice hotel
Pros:

I liked how the property was in the middle of the city making it easy to get around the town.

Staff kept the hotel clean as well.

Cons:

The ladders getting into the swimming pool were not easy to maneuver. The rungs were spaced so far apart that my daughter and I struggled to get into and out of the pool. Not only that but there were not enough filters in the pool. We were constantly pulling hair from other people off of our arms and hands.

The beds were too high off the ground so it was difficult for my mom who is short to get into the bed.

The drain in the shower did not drain and you ended up having to take a shower in a huge pool of water which didn’t help getting your feet clean 🤢
