リゾートホテルのつもりで行かない方が良いです
Pros:

部屋が広かったことと、部屋からの眺望は良かったです。ウェルカムドリンクでビール等があったのも良かったです。また朝食は美味しかったと思います。

Cons:

事前に調べなかった自分も悪かったけど、小さな子供がいるファミリー向けのホテルでした。リゾートホテルのつもりで宿泊したのですが、設備が古い旅館に泊まった感じがしました。壁も薄く隣の部屋？の音も漏れるし、部屋のお風呂のシャワーもお湯がうまく出ませんでした。ホテルにいてリラックスできず、休まりませんでした。

宿泊、朝、夕食の料金を考えたら高いです
タオル１枚でお風呂に入ると翌朝の顔拭きタオルがない。お風呂に行くときに手提げ袋が必要なのがわからなかった！洗顔がない！

宿泊料金と食事などの料金が別で食事の料金がホテルで聞いたのと支払い時の時とちがった。

Pros:

飯店地點比較遠,開車就很方便.入住時check in 需要排隊花點時間,但還好每個工作人員都會先來介紹一下環境,很不錯,早晚餐豐富又好吃,但缺點就是人比較多,日式床鋪房間超大,門口還有一個不小的空間及浴廁,泡湯的地方也很不錯,尤其是戶外湯很舒服.隔天一早直接開車到福良港搭船看漩渦大概只需要開車7分鐘,很方便！推薦

飯店的遊客很多,用餐時間需要事先登記排時段,餐點都很好吃,但因為人數比較多,用餐環境比較像在大食堂用餐,服務人員很辛苦來不及收拾餐盤

オールインクルーシブというのを一度試してみたいと思っていったけど　若い「がっつり食べたい」世代にはいいかもしれないけど　ゆっくり食事を楽しみたい年代にはいまいちだと思った。あの雰囲気では料理がもったい

部屋はゆったりしていて寝心地はよかった　ブッフェの食事は　各々の料理がしっかりできていておいしかった

Cons:

レストランをの席を予約するのにスマホでやらないといけないのは大変面倒で何となく信頼できない感じがした
レストランの料理はよかったが　部屋は大部屋でガサガサしていて　体育館の中で食べさせられているという感じがした。ゆったり料理を味わうという雰囲気が欲しかった。
ラウンジバーも椅子が落ち着かず　高速道路のドライブインの感じで　ゆっくり時間を楽しむように作っている感じではなかった。

快適で良い旅行になりました。

温泉も食事もロケーションも最高でした。

Cons:

２度目の温泉に行った際、他のお客さんとスタッフさんとのトラブルがあったようで、詳細は分からないけど大声で怒鳴っていました。
それは仕方のないことだとしても、ドリンクサービスの前でやっていたので、ドリンクも取りづらく、ダウンライトの中でゆっくり寛ぎたかったのに台無しでした。ああいう時は、すぐに場所を変えてやってほしいです。

安くてサービスも良く、良い宿でした！
Pros:

母のバースデー🎂の家族旅行で利用しました！サービスで地元のサイダーをサービスしてくれとっても喜んでいました。また子ども(幼児)が2人いて、布団の他に毛布をリクエストして、持ち込みオッケーの許可はもらっていたのですが、毛布を２枚用意してもらえていてありがたかったです！

家族連れが沢山いて、アットホームですが、夜間の子どもの声が廊下から響いていました。

ロケーション最高の旅！
Pros:

今回は山側の部屋でしたが、窓から福良港が一望でき良かったです。またエレベーターホールからは鳴門海峡と大鳴門橋が見えロケーションは最高でした。

Cons:

朝食ビュッフェは品数も多く期待大だったのですが、ヒレカツがとても固い等これと言ったお料理が無く期待外れでした。
