Great Retreat
Pros:

The Staff were amazing, going well out of their way to accommodate us. Never had better service. The location was beautiful, great views. The Onsens were relaxing, the buffet had many options.

良かったです。
Pros:

たくさの人数でも全員がベットで寝れて追加料金も無かったし、チェックインを遅い時間が可能で良かった。もう少し早くできていたらもっと良さがわかったかも！

Cons:

ショップが午前中は開いて無かった！
マッサージ機にお金がかかった！

Pros:

Our room was perfect. Spacious, clean, bright; I got impression that it was renovated. Beds were very comfortable and the sheets very pleasant to the skin. Hot spring was very relaxing, great amenities. The breakfast was exceptional, no lines, no waiting. Thanks a lot.

Cons:

We wanted to sleep with the window open because the air was so fresh, but there wasn't a screen door. I wish the balcony was a bit cleaner so that we could enjoy sitting there. The surrounding area is beautiful, so I also wish there was outdoor furniture around the pool, something like a cafe, even during the cool weather.
