エレベーターがすぐに満員になる
お部屋が広い。禁煙部屋が本当に禁煙部屋で煙臭くなかった!!温泉のところにある甘酒サービスがかなりうれしかった。温泉も広々ゆったり。お湯も熱すぎず、サラッとしていて肌荒れもなかった。夜のラウンジはかなり贅沢!!朝食のバリエーションに驚き!!そして全部美味しかった!ごちそうさまでした!

全体的な印象は良い、ロケーションも素晴らしく食事も良かったです。
良くなかったところは滞在中それほど感じなかったのすが、自販機の場所が見つけにくい。
滞在者の方々のマナーは良いと思えましたが、ほとんどが海外の方で何となく違和感を感じる。
漫画があったり、子どもが遊べるスペースがあったり、大人も子どもも楽しめるホテルでした。また、従業員の方もみんな親切で優しくすごく親身になって話を聞いてくれてたいおして下さいました。

朝食や温泉は良かった
部屋のソファーがおしっこの匂いがした。それを伝えると、部屋を代えるなら下のランクの部屋しか空いていないと言われた。こちらに落ち度がないのにその提案が出ること自体がおかしいとクレームを入れて清掃を依頼したところ、5分後に同じランクの部屋が空いていたから移動しますか？と言われた。フロントの人が部屋の空き状況を把握していないことなんてあるのか？、と不信感を持った。ただし、その後の対応は丁寧であった。
お風呂は広々、シャワーも沢山あり、鏡ドライヤーも沢山あって、ゆっくり過ごせました

ベット、マットレスと枕が良くなかった
4人で宿泊しましたが、ソファーベット、バネが直接身体にあたり痛くて、シングルベットに２人で寝ましたが、ベットも良くなく、ゆっくり寝れませんでした
後は大満足だっただけに、残念でした
今どきビジネスホテルでも、マットレスと枕にはこだわってますから、睡眠は大きなポイントだと思います
