Average stay. Family oriented. Beautiful beach. Nice sized room with few amenities. Enjoyed the stay and would consider again at the same price point

Nice facilities close to the beach and a 5 minute walk from the busier part of the strip.

Fantastic service and tremendous hospitality. We decided not to stay as the room we got was a bit too small and everything else fully booked. The staff was really understanding and helpers all the way with cancellation. Environment is fantastic and great for family w small kids. Super friendly and family touch on everything.

Bra boende för det priset. Lungt läge. Lite förvirrande beskrivning av rummen, vi trodde vi bokat hus vid poolen men det var bokat på andra våningen längst bort från poolen. Men som tur var gick det att få det vi ville ha ändå men det var ju dyrare förstås! Mycket trevlig personal! Städning är lite dålig men det har det varit på alla boenden som vi varit på i thailand. Kommer att bo där nästa gång vi åker!

I really liked how kid friendly the property is! The play area was nice, and the proximity to the beach was something I was really looking forward to.

Hyggeligt og uformelt, smukt placeret ved stranden! Dog mange myg på værelset og meget hårde senge. Men super søde personale og meget hjælpsomme! Hyggelige spisesteder på stranden, stille og roligt!

Arrivé sur place en même tps qu'un grand groupe, Lola a fait de son mieux pour nous mettre à l'aise et nous aider. La chambre en face de la piscine est très bien situé et nous a permis d'assister à de beaux couchés de soleil. Bon rapport qualité prix pour nous, pour un hôtel situé directement sur la plage.

Familj på 2 vuxna, 2 barn. Bodde i familjerum, dåligt m förvaring. Rummet var slitet, blandaren i tvättstället lös. Ac läckte ner i sängen, stopp i avloppet i duschen men åtgärdades efter tillsägelse. Dålig info vad som ingick i frukosten, fanns en meny som visades först efter en vecka.

and Lola were amazing with my 3year old. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms were clean and is located right on the beach. Easy to get around the island with the scooters that you can rent from the hotel

Super sødt personale, lille og hyggeligt Resort - fine værelser hvor man selv vælger hvor ofte der skal gøres rent. Gode muligheder for at bestille ture og scooter på hotellet.

Wir waren mit drei Kindern (2,5,8) in einem Family Room. Das Zimmer hatte ein Doppelbett und ein Stockbett; 1 Beistellbett für die Jüngste gab es auf Anfrage. Das Zimmer war stets sauber, allerdings fehlte mir persönlich ein Schrank! Es gab lediglich ein Regal, wir lebten also knapp 3 Wo aus dem Koffer, was ich persönlich nicht gern hab. Wenn man aber wie die meisten Gäste hier meist nur ein paar Tage hier verweilt und dann weiterzieht ist das ausreichend. Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt, das Essen war lecker, das Personal total freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Strsnd und das Meer so wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben. Das einzige Manko war der Gestank - es roch unerträglich oft und leider auch meist abends nach Abwasser. Das machte und ein gemütliches Sitzen auf der Terrasse unmöglich. Ob das nun an dem Bach in der Nähe lag oder den Auffangtanks wisden wir nicht, wahrscheinlich beides.

Hotel was great. Staff was friendly, room was in good condition with plenty of outlets (some of our other hotel rooms had only 1 outlet). Refrigerator and AC in room, plus shower water got hot enough. Right on the beach. They rent scooters for a good rate, and didn't attempt anything shady with the rental, making it very easy to get around the island. Attached restaurant was decent as well and reasonably priced considering it is beach-front. Breakfast was free and included toast, watermelon, and made to order eggs.

Nice off the street hotel by the beach so nice and quiet but close walking distance along the beach or road to many things.

You need to understand that Koh Lanta is a commercially untouched island. Meaning you will not find your regular big branded hotels here. This resort is a family run business. Please do not go in expecting a world renowned 4 star service. That being said, the lady who runs this place, Lolla, was very kind to us. The room was comfortable and we have sea view and pool view. Everything was shut when we arrived and we couldn't exchange money. She kindly loaned us 2000B to pay back at check out. Breakfast was 2 toasts, butter, jam, 2 eggs sunny side up and coffee.

This hotel has huge potential. The restaurant staff are helpful and extremely friendly despite the language limitation. First impression of the hotel is not great - as you enter the resort you look at a hotel room that has been turned into a store room. The balcony is piled with cribs, dirty linen and cleaning equipment. This should be out of the customers views or stored in an area that doesn't give you that first impression of the hotel.
The hotel is located in a great swimming beach area and close enough to the pier and good restaurants. On site pool is large however the water temp is very warm however swimming in the sea is no problem. The resort is a great location for children and the hotel staff make the children feel very at home.
Breakfast is very limited however the quantity is no problem.
On check in, we were not provided the room that we had initially reserved on the internet so be clear of your room type and what you paid for. Sea view and Beachside view are two different room options and the sea view doesn't indicate that you actually have sea views. This was a little let down and after some words, we were granted a room where we could view the sea from our balcony.
Room service only takes place if you request this - no request - no room cleaning.
Onsite massage parlour was great and well worth the price.

My kids and i loved this hotel. The staff was amazing. The location was perfect. They helped us with all our needs. I was sad to leave. I would love to come back with or without my kids. I will be recommending this place to others.

It was great
But when we arrived we thought it was terrible. It was full of kids and very noisy. We booked a superior room with sea view, expecting a bungalow on the beach. We got a second floor room and you could just about see the sea from the balcony.
But it was great to sit on the North facing balcony (that is in the shade)with some privacy watching the comings and goings.
We were near the Reggae Bar but it was never noisy or on late.
No room service - 4 nights and no one came into the room. But there was a bin outside which got emptied and they did leave 2 bottles of water there each day.
Fridge in the room and a kettle. But no cups or tea/coffee making stuff. Balcony furniture included a hammock.
Good air conditioning.
Restaurant food all freshly cooked. Lovely fruit shakes. Friendly helpful staff.
Large pool. Limited supply of sunbeds.
Lovely beach, very gently slope, no waves, but some rocks, and too shallow for some people.
I liked the location. Nice to walk along the beach and nice mix of local and tourist shops. 15 Baht TukTuk ride to ferry port of Saladan
