部屋でくつろぐより、アクティビティで楽しむ温泉宿
Pros:

子供の遊び場が多く飽きなかった

Cons:

布団に鳥のフンが付いていた
天井の壁が一部抜けていた
冷蔵庫が汚いなど部屋にあまり清潔感が見当たらなかった

Pros:

大きな遊具やお菓子など終始子どもたちは楽しく過ごしていました。大人には温泉やビュッフェが良かったです。

Cons:

GW中なので混雑はしていましたがそこまで困ることはなかったです。

Cons:

We stayed for 1 night beginning of April. The hotel is GIGANTIC. No one around, like spooky empty. Reception area is like a ballroom, but we did not see 1 guest. We asked for a room for 2 but as the hotel seemed completely deserted, they put us in a cabin on the property which is like a woorden ski-hut. Nice but with 4 rooms for at least 10 people, not cosy, or welcoming. Also, upon arrival at our cabin, it mentioned 'cat friendly' so you have prominetly a cage for cats, food and water bowls, cleaning stuff etc in the kitchen/salon. Not a cat person so why was did not mentioned? We arrived at 17h and asked for dinner, which was not possible. We asked for breakfast, not possible. This is a hotel, right? After 22h no one around anymore, you just receive a number for emergencies. We went to the onsen, which is unfortunately in the hotel itself, so you need to go out as no direct acces, but again completely deserted. Sauna was not working. Maybe, benefit of the doubt, in the summer when there are actual guests it can be nice, but felt creepy to be honest. Did not feel 100% safe with no one around. And definitely need a car the get here as it.

大満足でした。
Pros:

朝食、夕食とっても美味しかったです。子供たちもすごく楽しかったと言っていました。外は大雨だったのですが、室内でゆっくり遊べて大満足でした。ありがとうございました。

El mejor hotel para familias
Pros:

Todo estuvo excelente, hotel muy amigable con los niños. Mis hijas disfrutaron un montón y nosotros también. Súper recomiendo.

母との良い思い出
Pros:

スタッフの方が笑顔で細やかに対応してくださいました。(特にレストランのスタッフの方)93歳の母も安心して食事をとることができました。お風呂も広く良いお湯でした。一番は八ヶ岳の雄大な自然を満喫することができました。母との良い思い出が出来ました。

Cons:

軽食やソフトドリンクなどとれる所や売店があると助かります。高齢者には少し不便でした。部屋にコーヒーや紅茶の用意があるといいなぁ。
