室内もロイヤルホテル時と比べ格段に素敵な内装となっていて、心地よい時間を過ごす事が出来ました！
エグゼクティブラウンジも最高です！

Pros:

子連れにはすごくいいホテルで遊び場の充実度と家族でこたつ入りながらお酒ジュース飲み放題お菓子食べ放題の場所は最高でした。
とても綺麗

Cons:

お肉を焼いてくれていたシェフの機嫌が悪いのか対応が悪かった。
子供向けにも関わらず、バイキングで子供がこぼしてしまったことを伝えた際すごく嫌な顔をされた。

Pros:

地下1階のキッズコーナーは毎回子供が楽しんでいて、それ目的でもあります。

Cons:

キッズコーナーの自転車を小さい子供が順番を守れず、他の子供たちが遊べないのは何とか改善して欲しい。朝が特に酷かった。
444号室のトイレウォシュレットが水漏れしていたのに気づかず、夜中に水滴の落ちる音がして睡眠が妨げられて不快だった。
部屋を変えて貰えば良かったが、原因が朝になって分かった。
部屋の浴衣の帯にまさかの血が付いていたのを気付かす、朝になって気か付いて、直ぐに脱いだが、今不快だった。

Cons:

子供連れのお客が多かったせいか、廊下で遅くまで子供が騒いでいた。
大浴場にて見た感じ、赤ちゃんに近い、オムツを使用してそうな子供をお風呂に入れていたが、そういう規制はないのかわかりませんが衛生的にどうなのか？不安になった。

Pros:

スタッフの対応は素晴らしい。
ウエルカム軽食、ドリンクがかなり充実している。
部屋広く、清潔、静か、ほぼエアコン駆動してなくても十分に暖かった。南アルプスの景色良し。
屋上展望エリアも素晴らしい。
大浴場、広く、洗い場もかなり余裕があり、露天風呂は森の中で最高に気持ちいい。風呂上がりには休憩場所がオシャレで大きなスペース。数種類のビネガードリンクが美味しかった。
朝食ビュッフェは和洋食かなり充実している。
チェックアウトが11時で余裕を持って過ごせた。
この宿泊料金では文句の付けようがない。

部屋の広さ、清潔さ、浴場は素晴らしい、スタッフの対応は最高、朝食も素晴らしい、ロケーションも朝から富士山や八ヶ岳が見えてリゾート感が素晴らしい、ラウンジで寛げた

あまりないけど、部屋着の浴衣は普通の旅館風で寝ているとくちゃくちゃになったりするので、日本風で悪くはないがもう少し機能的な、上下別で寝ていても快適なものにしたほうが良いと思った。

オールインクルーシブルをうたっているがラウンジで飲み物が飲めない時間があったりお菓子などのレパートリーが少なくて少し寂しい。

子供0歳と2歳が楽しく遊べて良かった
Pros:

B1と3Fの子供向けの遊具が良かった。
朝晩の食事で色々な種類の酒が楽しめる。

Cons:

大浴場が23時までだったが、24時まで入れると良かった。
森のラウンジが20時までだったが、21時まで使えると良かった。
連泊で料理がほぼ同じだった。肉料理やサラダのアレンジが欲しい。
