寒い日だったが、全館暖房を切っていて、部屋もすごく寒かった。フロントに確認しても暖房は切っているとのこと。いくら安くても風邪をひく。

Pros:

I should have written this review sooner but life got in the way.
My stay was incredible.
The staff were all so sweet and competent, they made my stay as an exhausted woman traveling solo a real paradise.
They were so attentive and they even helped me go see fireworks that I didn't know were occuring at the neighborhing town during my stay!

The facility is absolutely gorgeous, everything was very clean and comfortable. The room had a breathtaking view and the island itself was so beautiful, it was such a treat to walk and explore. The onsen/spa space was honestly one of the best I ever went to (and I went to a lot!).

Now, the food. The food ! It was like a dream come true, the buffet is honestly a very solid reason in and on itself to just come back. So much choice, and everything tasted delicious! Even for me (with a few food allergies), there was so many options I couldn't even taste everything!!)

If you are looking for a great stay with professional and caring staff, and the joy of being close to the sea, look no further !

It was not a dislike but if there is a less pleasant side to this stay, I guess it would be the fact that yes, it can be crowded. And I read a few comments about this that sounded absolutely awful. But the truth is, and I say this as someone who doesn't have children and is really introverted, it's really not an issue.

Yes, there are families and children, and they exist. But unless you are an absolute hater and hate life in general, those children are families are not an issue at all. You don't hear any noise when you are in your room, the baths are really peaceful as well and you often end up alone. As for the meals, if you go outside the peak hours, it's not crowded. And even when it is, it's lively but not unbearable.

Overall a nice stay
Pros:

ご飯が美味しく、子供と遊び倒すならおすすめ！

ご飯がとても美味しかったです。口コミを拝見して伺いました。あまり良く思わない方もいらっしゃるみたいですが、とても美味しかったです。世界各地の料理や地の物、高級なメニューのもの、子供向けのもの、品数も豊富で味も美味しく、今までお邪魔したホテルよりも頭一つ飛び出てるなって感じがします。お酒も飲み放題、私にとっては大満足でした。
ラウンジのお菓子ですが、もっと甘いグミやチョコなど子供が喜びそうなものが多いかと思いましたが、これも地のもの？ピーナッツのかりんとうや、おかきなど割と渋め。これも賛否あるかもですが、私はお酒のアテにもなるし、子供の甘い物食べ過ぎが心配なので、ジュースとおせんべいなどはの組み合わせはいいと思います。子供も意外と気に入っていました。ただ、ビールが15時〜18時は短い！夕食後、子供が寝た後に飲みたい方もたくさんいらっしゃるのでは？
遊び場、2階のボールや卓球等も、子供と体を動かすのにちょうどよかったです。是非、今度は親も誘って三世代でお邪魔したいです。ありがとうございました。スタッフの方も親切な方が多く、お世話になりました。

Cons:

プールの更衣室ですが、下が濡れてるので、テーブルなど置いていただけると着替えの時が助かります。それと部屋の洗面所にコンセントをつけてもらえるとドライヤーがしやすいです。

セルフでファミリー向け。
Pros:

プールがあり、125cmの子供が立って顔が出る程の浅さと2歳ぐらいの子供が遊ぶのにちょうどいい浅さのベビー用が柵内にある点で安心して遊ばせられた。
片道15分で岩礁の海岸に散策に行ける点、富浦インターから車で5〜10分程度と近くアクセスが良かった。　朝ごはんが思ったより海鮮が出て、和食、洋食のバランスがよく選択肢が多く味もよく大変おいしかったです。（エッグベネディクトがもうちょっと味が良ければ○）

Cons:

オールインクルーシブとは言うものの15時〜18時まではビールとソフトドリンクとおかき、ポップコーン、かき氷がある程度（チェックイン時間のみ開くウェイティングルームとラウンジで利用可能。）、19時以降のラウンジではビールは無くカクテルをセルフで作るしか無く炭酸系ドリンクはハイボールのみしか飲めない。21時以降はお菓子→大人用の辛味のあるおつまみやナッツに変更される。
従業員の方は殆どいないのかドアマン、ベルボーイ、客室係のような役回りの方はおらず最低限で運営されている印象。また、偶々かもしれないが夜ご飯のビュッフェが薄味でパッとしなかった。朝チェックイン時に飲み物が飲みたくても各階にあるウォーターサーバーのお水を自前のペットボトルなどに入れる以外は喉を潤せない。（自販機がなく、売店も朝は空いてない。車を使えばコンビニがあるがわざわざ出るのが億劫）
建物自体は客室がリフォームされている部屋が多いが、共有部やプールの経年劣化が否めず、プールはカップルが行く所ではない。あくまでファミリー向け。
1.2階の遊技場もとりあえず整えた形でした。
総じてほぼセルフでサービスはほぼ皆無。ラグジュアリーを求める方はカップルの方、子供が成人程度の家族旅行にはあまりおすすめできない。
