Pros:

Nice room, very good food in restaurant

Cons:

We arrived at 1pm but they wouldn't let us check in until 3 despite us being the only people there. There must have been a room we could have had.

Very strict with check in time. We finish check in early before 15.00 around 30 minutes and they didn’t allow us to get into a room until 3.00 pm.

食事と温泉が良かった！
施設も古いながらもきめ細かく丁寧に掃除されていて清潔さを感じた。

Cons:

清掃時に窓を全開にして換気までしていて素晴らしいなと思ったのですが、虫が入ってきてしまい、寝具で虫が死んでいてギョッとしました。

楽しかった
Pros:

無料アップグレードされていて、ゆっくり過ごせた事
お夕飯ギリギリの到着だったけど、素早い対応で座席を用意してくれた事。
子供らもブッフェを楽しんでいた。夜のおつまみも子供が入れてよかった

ラウンジのサービス、夕食や朝食のバイキングの種類の多さも美味しさも良かったです。
レストランの席数が多いのも良かったです。
レストランのスタッフの方も、とても、親切でした。

Cons:

部屋の老朽化が気になった。
トイレの水を流す音が部屋に響き、特に夜は家族がトイレに起きると気になった。
部屋のほこりも気になった。
