Nice place but out of the way
Pros:

Room size and shuttle to and from the hotel to Nagano station. Close to supermarket.

Cons:

The buffet for breakfast and dinner, very crowded. The times the shuttle ran, first come first on,no bookings, otherwise taxi to station is 5000 yen. No restaurants close by.

初めて泊まりました。子どもたちもお泊り楽しかった。お風呂も気持ちかったし、朝のバイキングも美味しかった。また、泊まりたいといってました。また、家族で夏に泊まりにいきたいです

Really enjoyed our stay!
Pros:

Staff were lovely. Very friendly and keen to help in any way. Excellent little supermarket just across the road. Breakfast was varied and great food. If you can go to breakfast later as the buses have all moved on. No crowds!
Onsen is wonderful as is the “happy hour” in the lounge.

Cons:

Taxi into Nagano station cost $60 and takes up to 1/2 hour. Bit far out. Free shuttle runs at odd times and doesn’t start till 8:15am.
The dinner buffet was very crowded due to the number of tourist buses that arrived at dinner time.
Not really worth the cost. The only other option was Sushi from the supermarket across the road.

Cons:

部屋の水道の出が悪かったのと、バスマットを置いてなくてフロントに問い合わせて持ってきてもらいました。物品の確認をよろしくお願いします。

Pros:

Nice size for Japanese style rooms. Great lounge with snacks and drinks, nice onsen, and activity rooms for kids. Walking distance to castle ruins with lit up sakura.

Cons:

It's quite far from the main town but there is a convenient shuttle bus - just check the times so you dont miss it.

4 Tage Matsuhiro
Pros:

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Personal war super nett. Das Hotel schon etwas älter, jedoch in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Von Matsuhiro kommt man mit dem PKW überall gut hin. Der Ort bietet selbst einige Highlights. Unbedingt ein bisschen Zeit hier einplanen. Die Gegend ist zu schade, wenn man nur die Snow Monkeys und Matsumoto auf dem Plan stehen hat.

Cons:

Nagano Stadt fanden wir nicht wirklich sehenswert, ausgenommen der Tempelanlage. Wir waren über den Preis für das Dinner etwas überrascht, obwohl das Essen war super.
