Pros:

お部屋は広々としていてベッドも室温も快適。お料理も美味しくて、いろんな種類が楽しめました。朝食は時間ごとに予約制になっており、人数別に席のある方向を指示されていました。広い会場、たくさんの方にも関わらず、広々と食事を楽しむことができました。

Cons:

混雑していたせいなのか、お風呂から上がって水分補給の際の機械の水が切れていたこと。たまたまかと思います。

Pros:

部屋は広く開放感があり良かったです。

Cons:

朝食が時間予約先着順でそんなシステムとも知らず16時ぐらいにチェックインしたら朝8:30以降の枠しかとれませんでした。予定の関係で食べられませんでした。あと室内は綺麗ですが廊下がめちゃ汚い。

エレベーターなんとかして
Pros:

ラウンジでお酒が無料で飲めたり、卓球ができたりし、家族で楽しむことができた

Cons:

エレベーターが本当にひどい。高齢の母は風呂から部屋に帰るのに30分以上かかった。
また、風呂がぬるい。松代荘は風呂が熱くて快適だが、メルキュールさんはぬるすぎる。

手続きがシステマチックでスムーズに行えて良かった｡3階のウェルカムドリンクも良かった。

素敵な夏休みの思い出をありがとうございました。
Pros:

スタッフが子どもに優しくて親切でした。
スタンプラリーに缶バッチ作り、お菓子掴み、食後にキャンディをもらえて子どもも楽しく過ごせました。
朝も夜もご飯が美味しかったです。スタッフの方々がしっかり見ているので、品が無くなるとすぐに追加されるのが素晴らしかったです。
ベッドもふかふかでした。

Cons:

エレベーターが3台、従業員用が1台ありましたが、待ち時間が長かったのは少し大変でした。
お盆のハイシーズンだからか、洗い場も混雑で列ができていました。
ですが、そんなことよりスタッフさん方が皆優しくて親切だったので、不満はないです!
