Pros:

ご飯も美味しく チェックアウトが１１時だったので 朝もゆったり過ごせて 朝風呂も満喫しました。ベッドも広々していて 掛け布団も薄いのにとても暖かく眠れて 良かったです。

Cons:

部屋のソファーのシミが気になりました。
部屋着は 上下別の作務衣スタイルもあればいいと思いました。
空調効いていたので もう少し薄い生地でも。

オールインクルーシブで安心！

Cons:

混みすぎ！特に夕飯は ゆっくりできないし　スタッフの方も忙しくて大変なのは理解できますが、声が大きいとか、普通にキレ気味に指摘してきます。ドリンクバーの交換も すごい態度でお客さんをかき分けて行っていました。
それと　一番は空調が悪く 2月なのに館内が暑すぎる！暑いと受付に連絡すると、なんと扇風機の貸し出しが来ました。また リクエストしたわけもなく 外出から戻ったらドアが半開きになっていて 窓が空いていて びっくりした！

大雪でしたが、暖かく迎えていただきました。
Pros:

全体的にシステム化されてて、分かりやすくて良かったです。
オールインクルーシブで、ウェルカムドリンクやアルコールが飲み放題なのが嬉しい😆
露天風呂の温度が最高でした。
雪見風呂が楽しめました♥
お部屋が広かった！夕食の白エビかき揚げが美味しかった♥
スコップとスノーブラシを借りれたのが良かった！

Cons:

部屋の浴室のカビが気になりました。
暖房のせいなのですが、乾燥が酷く夜に何度も目が覚めました。
加湿器が欲しかったです。
