La vue sur les montagnes, le petit-déjeuner avec un choix tres important (pas de chocolat chaud pour les enfants en revanche), le prix, la taille de la chambre

とてもリラックスできました。親孝行もできて、大満足です。
Pros:

温泉の泉質がとても良く、部屋の雰囲気も落ち着いていて、とてもリラックスできました。
夕食と朝食のバイキングもどれもとても美味しく、大満足です。

Cons:

夜、露天風呂に入ると、照明が暗すぎて、湯船の中にある岩でスネを打ってしまいました。翌日もスネが腫れていて痛かったです。照明はもう少し明るくしてほしいです。

Pros:

ご飯も美味しく チェックアウトが１１時だったので 朝もゆったり過ごせて 朝風呂も満喫しました。ベッドも広々していて 掛け布団も薄いのにとても暖かく眠れて 良かったです。

Cons:

部屋のソファーのシミが気になりました。
部屋着は 上下別の作務衣スタイルもあればいいと思いました。
空調効いていたので もう少し薄い生地でも。

コスパはいいけど・・・
Pros:

オールインクルーシブで安心！

Cons:

混みすぎ！特に夕飯は ゆっくりできないし　スタッフの方も忙しくて大変なのは理解できますが、声が大きいとか、普通にキレ気味に指摘してきます。ドリンクバーの交換も すごい態度でお客さんをかき分けて行っていました。
それと　一番は空調が悪く 2月なのに館内が暑すぎる！暑いと受付に連絡すると、なんと扇風機の貸し出しが来ました。また リクエストしたわけもなく 外出から戻ったらドアが半開きになっていて 窓が空いていて びっくりした！
