平日だったが混雑していた。
到着時（15時頃）のラウンジはほぼ満席、食事会場も会場の外に席が増設されていたので、常時このような状態なのだと思う。
このため、エレベーターは時間によっては乗れない場合もあり、階段を利用した。高層階に宿泊された方、年配の方、小さい子どもを連れた家族は大変だと思う。

楽園の宝庫
Pros:

食事、風呂、スタッフの対応、空間とも、非常に満足しました。
特に、ウェルカムドリンクに、レモンサワーのマシンの設置には感嘆した。

Cons:

テレビのリモコンが、とても触れない位に汚れていたので、清掃時には雑菌作業も徹底してもらいたいです。
また、最上階は、開放しない方が良いと思います。

Dinner line was pretty busy, and elevators to get there as well. Rooms was pretty hot and no proper aircon.

コスパ良し、大満足
Pros:

着いてチェックインした後ラウンジでの飲み放題、知らなかったので驚きました。種類も豊富で夕食前に楽しみました。お得すぎます。
夕食のバイキングも種類が多く、どれも美味しくてデザートまで美味しくいただきました。
お風呂も広くてゆっくりと入れました。
お部屋からの眺めも素敵で大満足の宿泊となりました。

オールインクルーシブでラウンジでソフトドリンクやお菓子が食べられてよかった
温泉ラウンジではアイスも1つサービスしてもらえて嬉しかった

Cons:

受付のスタッフさんの日本語がカタコトで口頭による説明がほぼわからなかった、チェックインのときに貰える資料読めば事足りるので問題はないです

An experience…£100 a night for all-inclusive
Pros:

Nice view.
Atmospheric hot spring baths
Plentiful supply of many different foods and alcoholic drinks
Room on the 10th floor was modern and thanks to exceptional customer service from Nishii san…the stay turned out well.

Cons:

Too many people.
Shuttle service is first - come, first-served so unable to make a reservation.
The 1st floor lounge is like a cattle market. The seating is strange…everyone facing the same way like in a cinema…and battling to find empty seats and service themselves drinks.
The chose of glassware in the lounge and restaurant doesn’t fit.In the lounge they serve wine (but no wine glasses) and in the restaurant they serve sparkling wine for breakfast but wine glasses are provided!
Avoid the Japanese futon style rooms on the 5th floor…they are badly stained and scratched and are like something from 40 years ago.
Plan carefully when to go for dinner and breakfast as the restaurant can be very crowded.
