Uncomfortable futons
Pros:

It's a spa resort so the onsen is nice, especially the outdoor onsen. The room is big. The resort is located at the tip of the peninsula and is pretty isolated from the nearby town of Miyazu so you will definitely need a car or rely on the shuttle bus which has limited timings.

Cons:

We got the japanese-style rooms which has futon beds. I slept on futons before but their's was exceptionally thin which made it very uncomfortable to sleep on. The pillows were also loaded with beads so it was hard too. Overall I had quite an uncomfortable sleep. Get the bed if you can.

Pros:

子どもたちが遊べるような道具や遊び場があった。

Cons:

外は雪だったのですが、ホテル内がその場所によっては少し肌寒いところがあった。
綺麗にはされていますが、少し殺風景です。

Pros:

スタッフが皆んな親切でした
施設が大きく、大人数でも直ぐに予約出来た。

Cons:

お風呂は広いのですが、殺風景でした。
部屋の椅子が破れてて、スポンジが見えていた。
お風呂の洗面器が汚かった。

Memorable place
Pros:

I like everything about this hotel. A great place cause it has ocean view. Lots of parking. The staffs are great and so helpful. Easy to communicate with the front desk staff. There is a lot of facilities are provided including lounge area, snow playground, ping pong area, kids play area, sauna & onsen, laundry room, souvenir shop and strawberry picking activity. I recommend this place. I will definitely be back here again.
