Music unpleasantly loud restaurant bars and massage parlour in walking distance
Pros:

Area was close to restaurants it in a party street if you like loud banging music you would like the area

Cons:

You could hear the music all night long in your bedroom banging away till 4am . The bed was squeaky every time you turn or move it squeaks .There was a sign on the toilet not too throw paper in the toilet. .

Tui đi công tác mà muốn ở khu trung tâm nên đặt thử chỗ này. Ban ngày khu này khá bình thường, dễ đi ăn uống. Nhưng tối đến thì phố lên đèn rất đông và vui. Phòng tuy nhỏ nhưng đủ để nghỉ ngơi sau khi đi chơi.

Hai tụi mình ở đây 2 đêm để trải nghiệm phố Bùi Viện. Không gian phòng đơn giản nhưng ánh sáng khá ấm cúng. Buổi tối tụi mình xuống phố ăn đồ nướng và nghe nhạc live. Không khí rất náo nhiệt và đầy năng lượng.

Персонал дружелюбный, готовы помочь и ответить на ваши вопросы, всегда улыбчивые.

Cons:

Мы жили на 6 этаже с окнами на тусовочный улицу.
В номере шумно настолько, будто ты находишься в центре тусовки, даже с закрытыми окнами. Спасали беруши, чувствовалась только вибрация в номере от музыки.

При выборе номера-уточняйте, куда он будет выходить окнами.

Mình thích cảm giác ở ngay trung tâm nên chọn 99 Hotel. Mỗi sáng chỉ cần bước ra ngoài là thấy nhịp sống Sài Gòn rất rõ. Phòng sạch, máy lạnh chạy êm nên ở trong phòng cũng dễ chịu. Buổi tối về nghỉ ngơi không bị tiếng ồn. Đây là trải nghiệm mình khá ưng.

Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt im Herzen Saigons. Das Bett ist bequem und der Duschkopf für Vietnam außergewöhnlich.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer war direkt an der Hauptstraße, der Lärm der Partymeile war in der selben Lautstärke wie außerhalb in meinem Zimmer zu hören. Ich musste mit Ohrenstöpsel und meinen Noice Cancelling Kopfhörern schlafen, um den Partylärm nicht mehr zu hören. Das Zimmer (vor allem das Bad) ist nicht gerade sauber und ganz und gar nicht, wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Wenn man für knapp 60 € Bucht, sollte man sich natürlich nicht allzuviel erwarten, dementsprechend passt das für das Geld. Aber wenn man lärmanfällig oder empfindlicher ist würde ich von dieser Unterkunft abraten!
