ラウンジ最高。
Pros:

朝食つきの1泊ブランで家族4人で泊まりました。和洋室でしたが、広々としていてのんびり過ごすことができました。なんと言っても、ラウンジが最高でした。夕飯は他で食べましたが、お酒やジュースの飲み放題。おつまみもグミやおかきもあり、子供から大人まで楽しめました。朝食にお刺身やお寿司がなかったことが少し残念でしたが、また是非泊まりたいと思いました。今度は夕食もつけたいと思います。

スタッフさん等の対応は大変心地良かったです。施設は流石に古さ満載ですが別段問題はないですね。笑
後は、、、。利用客個々のモラル次第ですね。良くも悪くも。
入れ墨客の入浴がその一つ。
朝食はやはり早めがお勧めですね。

周辺環境は、海や公園も近くにあり楽しめた。
プールも監視員さんが2名いてくださり安心感がありました。
食事に関しては、2泊したが平日はわたあめのサービスがなかったのが残念でした。
ドーナツなどはアレルギー表示していただきたかった。

Actually its all good ecxept for the check in process. We arrived before 3pm then when the time to check in at 3pm there is a long line in the reception .We had to wait for 35 to 40 mins to received the keys . I think they need to add more staff on their check in process to have smooth check in procedure.

運営会社が変わってかなり割り切った運営になっているが、オールインクルーシブや、みんなが使用する共用部分はリニューアルがちゃんとされていて、居心地は良かった。
小学生以下無料プランが開催されていたので比較的小さな子供連れの家族が多く、わちゃわちゃしていたので、ゆっくり大人のリゾートを楽しみたい方は時期をずらした方がいいかもしれません。

オールインクルーシブで、1階のラウンジでドリンクやおつまみが無料で飲食できるのが良かったです。
大浴場も露天風呂が広く、ドライヤーの数も多く、快適に過ごす事ができました。
又リピートしたいホテルです。

４世代８名で３部屋の連泊でしたが事前に２回も電話で部屋の確認をしておいたのに部屋は同じ階ではありましたが建物の端と端に分かれ高齢者には食事やお風呂に行くのは大変な苦労でした。部屋交換をお願いしようかなと思いましたが、チェックイン応対の時間なので諦めました。予約した私が責任を感じて沈んでいたけれど皆が慰めてくれました。部屋割の一件以外は子供達が食事やプールや温泉をとても楽しんでいました。スタッフの皆さんの工夫と努力に感謝しております。

お盆休みもあり人が多く夜遅くに大きな声が部屋の中まで聞こえていました。
コインランドリーの台数が少な過ぎです。
多忙日だけでもランドリーの台数を増やして欲しいと思いました。
脱衣所のベビーベッドに柵が無くお母さんが着替えている間、寝返りをする赤ちゃんが落ちそうになっていました。

施設のスタッフの対応はとても良かったが、残念な客が多い…とても残念です。
プールからビショビショのまま出てきてエレベーターホールを水浸しにしたり、ビュッフェで山のように取り食べ残すなど…同じ日本人として非常に悲しいです。
