Great and clean onsen.

Cons:

Surveillance cameras should be installed inside the laundry area, we suspect our underwear got stolen during the drying cycle.

Kuşimoto'daki konaklamamız sırasında Japon tarzı bir odada kalmak bizim için oldukça sıra dışı ve keyifli bir deneyimdi. Oda geniş ve temizdi. Yatağımızı kendimizin hazırlaması otantik bir deneyim sundu. Otelin konumu muazzamdı çünkü otelin bir tarafı dağ, diğer tarafı ise Pasifik Okyanusu manzaralı. Sabah uyanıp okyanus manzarasını pencereden görmek paha biçilemezdi. Ayrıca konaklayanların onsen isimli geleneksel Japon hamamından yararlanabiliyor olması çok güzel bir detay. Kısa süreli konaklamalar için harika bir seçim ancak uzun süreli kalışlarda Japon tarzı yaşama alışık olmayanlar için farklı gelebilir. Kahvaltı hizmetini kullanmadığımız için bu konuda bir yorum yapamıyorum.

大浴場が広くて、露天風呂から橋杭岩が見えて旅行気分が高まったところ。フロントの方も日本語がたどたどしかったけど応対は丁寧だったところ。

What I really liked about this hotel is its excellent location and beautiful views. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, unlike many other hotels. They also have great facilities such as an onsen and a pool, which my family really enjoyed. One of the highlights for us was the complimentary treat they offer to guests from 3 PM—there’s a nice variety of drinks for both kids and adults, along with delicious finger snacks that everyone can enjoy.

いつもありがとうございます

今回はひとりになったのですがゆっくりできたのと温泉もツアーの人達が夕食というタイミングで温泉に入ったので誰も入ってる人がいなくてゆっくりと入ることができて良かったです

Cons:

以前は喫煙フロアだったのか少しタバコの匂いが残ってた感じですが廊下にも空気清浄機設置してて努力を感じました

今回の宿泊では、特にフロントの対応にとても残念な思いをしました。

チェックインの際も「いらっしゃいませ」や「おはようございます」といった挨拶がなく、笑顔もなく、親切さや温かさを感じることができませんでした。宿泊客への対応が面倒であるかのような印象を受けました。

また、周辺の観光や街について尋ねたところ、「ご自身で調べてください」と言われただけで、案内やおすすめなどのサポートは一切ありませんでした。

ホテルで最初に接するのはフロントスタッフです。そのため、第一印象はとても大切だと思います。今回の対応は期待を大きく下回るもので、とても残念でした。今後は、宿泊客への接客やおもてなしの姿勢を改善していただけることを願っています。
