Not great
Pros:

The first room I was given smelled of smoke in the room and I asked to moved to another room. The next room was better, but the room still smelled stuffy. The sheets and blankets smelled like they weren't properly washed and I found a half drudnk water bottle in the fridge.

Pros:

The Hotel is located 4 blocks from the main beach and 3 minutes walk from restaurants and convenience store.
The room was nice with cold AC, TV , hot water.and small refrigerator. I have a small issue on my arrival and the manager addressed it in a matter of minutes.
Te staff was always smiling and they help me with any questions or information that I needed. They printed some documents free of charge and arranged a tour to BA NA Hills for half the price listed everywhere else.
The area is full of Hotels and this was the cheaper one that I found with better service than many others.
Highly recomended to everybody and many thanks to all the staff for the amazing service provided.

老闆娘會中文，兒子會英文，溝通方便~
離美溪沙灘很近，飯店就能租到機車，不需壓證件~
房價不貴。
