Pros:

My wife and I spent three nights at this hotel. We enjoyed the facilities- both in the spa and the surrounding areas. The staff are outstanding and take a real pride in ensuring that all our needs are taken care of. Food was excellent and service could not be faulted. Highly recommended.

Wish we could have stayed longer
Pros:

Everyone was kind and thoughtful. The grounds and rooms were beautiful and comfortable. The food was amazing for both breakfast and dinner. Such a quiet and peaceful place. Definitely coming back!

Sehr freundliches Personal. Ein echter Ort der Ruhe und Entspannung. Ideal gelegen für Ausflüge nach Siena, San Gimignano, Montepulciano und andere sehenswerte Orte. Ich komme bestimmt wieder! Die Zimmerausstattung war hochwertig, besonders das Bett war sehr bequem. Außerdem verfügt das Haus über ein sehr gutes Restaurant und ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstück.

Cons:

Ich hatte ein Standardzimmer für eine Einzelperson gebucht. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und bot eine wunderbare Aussicht. Allerdings gab es einige gestalterische Mängel, wie zum Beispiel die ungünstige Platzierung der Toilette oder das Fehlen einer Garderobe. Stattdessen war lediglich eine Kleiderstange vorhanden, die so tief angebracht war, dass Hemden und Poloshirts nicht ordentlich aufgehängt werden konnten. Diese Punkte haben den Urlaub jedoch nicht wesentlich beeinträchtigt.

Good experience overall but not what we expected 😌
Pros:

Amazing view, the staff was very kind and attentive. Everything was clean (though the towels weren’t changed which is quite basic). Food at the restaurant was great. The bathroom was redone recently and it was beautiful.

Cons:

It was pouring rain and we couldn’t drive to get lunch and there weren’t any options at the place so we were starving by dinner time. As for the spa, it wasn’t good at all: tiny indoor pool, no hot tub, the massage was very disappointing and not worth the money. If you’re looking for a spa experience during your vacation- this is not the right place to go.

Un véritable havre de paix au cœur de la Toscane.
L’hôtel se trouve dans une magnifique bâtisse ancienne, pleine de charme et d’authenticité, avec une vue splendide sur les collines environnantes.
Le restaurant et le bar sont excellents, et le personnel est particulièrement attentionné.
Les équipements sont de qualité : belle piscine, extérieurs soignés… tout est pensé pour la détente.
Un lieu idéal pour se ressourcer et profiter pleinement de la beauté toscane.

Micul dejun a fost suficient de variat... și cu produse proaspete. Curățenia este desăvârsită și felicit personalul care se ocupă; nota 10! Bravo!!
Proprietatea este foarte frumosă și reprezintă o experiență în sine.

Cons:

Faptul că am rezervat o cameră, pe care nu am avut posibilitatea să o vad până am ajuns la locație. Clar că nu am fost mulțumit, nu corespundea descrierii, și a trebuit să plătim extra (incă cca 70%) pentru o cameră superioară, O altă nemulțumire a fost atitudinea generală a managerului... care a fost una indiferentă la situație și ușor disprețuitoare. Păcat! Locația este una de vis și experiența a fost afectată negativ.

Un luogo magico!
Pros:

Incredibile come siano riusciti ad unire l'eleganza di un luogo raffinato con un servizio familiare che ti fa sentire come a casa. Il lusso degli ambienti si sposa a meraviglia con il paesaggio circostante, creando una location unica! Servizio impeccabile, Chiara, Giorgia e Claudia sempre cortesi e disponibili. La piscina e la Spa sono perfette per rilassarsi, pulite e in ordine, assolutamente da provare uno dei tanti massaggi a disposizione. Il ristorante offre un menù autentico di grande qualità, grazie alla scelta di ottime materie prime e una incredibile carta dei vini. Non so quanti ristoranti, possono vantarsi di realizzare la Tartare di manzo battuta al coltello al momento dell'ordinazione...il ristorante di Villa Lecchi se ne può vantare e come!
Ciliegina sulla torta, la colazione, con ottime torte fatte in casa e sfiziose pizze e schiacciate farcite.
Soggiorno da sogno, assolutamente consigliato!
