Pros:

Phòng rộng rãi, sạch sẽ, thoáng mát. Mình khá bất ngờ vì với mức giá rẻ mà thuê được phòng đẹp, gần biển như vậy. Nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình. Xung quanh nhiều hàng quán, tiệm massage, gội đầu... Nói chung là rất ưng Le House!

the lady at the reception and etkek are helping very well .

the staff who take care of breakfast is very bad, not interested at all, filling empty plates, constantly having to warn and ask, it's not nice.

We had such an amazing stay at this hotel!
A huge shout‑out to Hanh, whose exceptional customer service made our trip to Da Nang so much more pleasant. She was incredibly thoughtful, helpful and went out of her way to solve every little problem we had.
The whole team was nice, but Hanh’s kindness really stood out. Highly recommend this hotel, and if you’re lucky, you’ll get to meet Hanh!

Great location & comfortable family stay
Pros:

The location is very convenient, with plenty of local restaurants and eateries nearby where you can easily enjoy Vietnamese food, as well as Chinese and Korean options. There are also lots of spas, salons, and nail salons within walking distance. The area is very tourist-friendly and offers a good range of mid-range options.
The best part for us was the beach being within walking distance, especially since we were traveling with two kids who loved going to the beach. The staff were also very nice and accommodating. Most of them could speak and understand English, which made communication easy. Overall, it was a convenient and comfortable place to stay.

Cons:

Just a couple of minor things we noticed: the doorbell in our room wasn't working, and the cabinet was quite old and had some termite damage. These weren't really an issue for us and didn't affect our overall stay, but hopefully they can be fixed or improved for future guests.

El hotel está muy sucio, la habitación tenía la ventana cegada por plásticos. la piscina es como de juguete, sin lugar para dejar la toalla ni siquiera. Teníamos reserva para tres y solo nos ponían dos toallas, dos aguas... La estancia no fue agradable
