Emplacement idéal, mais propreté et entretien à revoir
Nous avons séjourné dans un grand appartement de 2 chambres, très bien situé en face de la plage.
Points positifs :
Emplacement excellent, juste en face de la plage
Belle vue sur la mer
Peignoirs fournis
Cuisine équipée avec rangements pratiques
Grand espace, idéal pour une famille ou un groupe

Cons:

Vue sur la mer partiellement gâchée par une antenne téléphonique dans le champ de vision
Manque de propreté général : chambres et parties communes pas assez entretenues
Traces de doigts sur les portes vitrées des chambres, déjà présentes à notre arrivée
Cloison en verre entre les deux chambres également marquée de traces de doigts non nettoyées
Mobilier vétuste, l'ensemble commence à mal vieillir
Lave-linge d'un autre temps
Ascenseurs sales
Petit-déjeuner décevant : ambiance "usine", café de mauvaise qualité, nourriture peu satisfaisante
En résumé, l'hôtel bénéficie d'un excellent emplacement avec vue sur mer et de logements spacieux, mais un bon coup de nettoyage et de désinfection serait nécessaire dans l'ensemble de l'établissement. Le niveau de propreté et d'entretien ne correspond pas, selon nous, aux standards habituels d'un 4 étoiles : plutôt 2-3 étoiles sur ce plan.

Nhân viên phục vụ tận tâm, nhiệt tình. Có buffet sáng, không quá nhiều món nhưng ngon và sạch sẽ. Khách sạn gần biển, đi bộ vài phút là có thể tắm biển

Cons:

Do mình chọn phòng No view nên hơi ẩm một chút. Nhìn chung mọi thứ đều ổn. Buffet nếu thêm 1 số món nước của Việt Nam như: bún bò, phở, hủ tiếu sẽ đa dạng hơn
