Perfect location away from busy CBD. Superb staff. Got everything I need but ask for a better pillow
Pros:

Check in was easy. Location is superb. A bit small but we rarely stay in anyways.

Cons:

I lost my package from Amazon that was sent to the front desk. I got the bigger one but not the smaller one. Also, the pillow was stiff it wrecked my neck.

Reception staff were lovely, good vibes, room was very good with lots of facilities.

Pros:

Comfortable apartment fitted out with everything one would need for a short stay. Great location, a short stroll from South Yarra train station. Plenty of cafes, restaurants & bars at your doorstep. Clean & well presented.

Pros:

nice location, 3-5 mins to station; also several grocery markets nearby to grasp food and fruits.

Cons:

Booking has provided free taxi pickup with different and strange driver (Indian guy). We don't feel safe not taking. Then he just ran away... Bad services. Then we only could take taxi from airport to Hotel.

Great location, clean, friendly staff
Pros:

We had a two bedroom room that was perfect for our family. Lovely balcony so we could have fresh air. Bathroom clean & lovely hot shower. We used the car parking (extra cost) & we were able to leave our car in a little longer on our check out day which was a great help. Super friendly and welcoming staff at reception.
