Good location. Suitable for a short stay.
Pros:

Great location. Great reception staff, very helpful. The property is close to shops and public transport, which made getting around easy. The room was spacious, but a little tired. Overall, an ok stay.

Cons:

Booked an 1bed upper level room, on arrival was upgraded to a 2bed lower level with direct view into neighbouring property (hence booking an upper level). Something to consider when booking in the future.

Pros:

Very clean, comfortable and convenient location.

Cons:

There was a problem with the washing machine however the receptionist immediately came to see if she could fix it then took the washing away and brought it back an hour or so later washed. I was very grateful for this and impressed by the helpfulness of the staff.

The Balcony door was dead
bolted shut, when there is a balcony advertised i would hope to use it, we also paid for a room on “A high floor” and was on a lower floor.

Everything. I went for a peaceful night away and that is what I got. The place was nice and clean and staff were amazing
