Unfriendly receptionist, they chase you out of the hotel before your check out time.

Cons:

The bathrooms are disgusting. They need to renovate and clean their shower. I felt uncomfortable taking a shower there. The staff weren’t so nice. I stayed here for some days and on the last day before check out time, they were blowing up the phone calling me to check out. It is so unbelievable, how would you call a guest requesting them to check out after paying many days to stay and it wasn’t even check out time yet. I was so thrown off that I had to help at the staff. One of them even had the balls to come knock on my door before check out time. I’m never coming back here and will never recommend this hotel to anyone else. Stay out, they just want your money and when it’s not time to check out, they will try to kick you out. I extended my stay many times and they never for once took the initiative to give me new towels, tissue, water etc. I had to call and beg for them. You can hear people outside your room talking. I almost forgot, the WiFi never worked. I had to call more than ten times before they figured out what to do. I hated it here. It is a nightmare staying here.

The size / layout / comfort of the apartment was excellent



But let me say this....the staff were absolutely sensational and were very sympathetic to our needs . A BIG SHOUT OUT TO SEYMA AND YUNUS! Thank you so much for your hospitality and you are a credit to BOF Hotels so I hope you get the recognition you deserve.

Cons:

The kitchen should be equipped - I know the hotel has a policy of bringing things for a (very) small fee so totally get their stance but i do think some basics should be in there as is a great kitchen!
