Pros:

The location is excellent, right next to the lake. I had a very large and comfortable room with a view to the lake. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Will come back without hesitation.

Cons:

The hotel could certainly "afford" a better restaurant. The breakfast was generally substandard (although the coffee is excellent!). I had dinner once and was less than impressed.

Overall, I would stay here again because of the location and quiet environment.
Pros:

This hotel has a great location in a very green and quiet neighborhood. I really like the location. The hotel has a nice setting and good furniture and is very pleasant. Overall he is much preferable to hotels that have noisy environments and not such a beautiful green setting.

Cons:

The showers were not great. Some days I did not have hot water, only lukewarm. The restaurant is OK but not great.

Very comfortable, safe and satisfying
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing! The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The location was conveniently quiet and easy to access other nearby facilities. Will definitely be back!

Cons:

Sometimes the WiFi was finicky, and I had to use mobile data.

Immer noch eines der besten Jotels in Kisumu. Damit dies so bleibt sollten die Zimmer alsbald renoviert werden.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut und das Hotel hat einen besonderen Flair. Das Personal ist wirklich hervorragend und versucht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen.

Cons:

Die Zimmer haben grundsätzlich einen guten Standard, leider sind sie etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Please fix the A/C - been there 7 -8 times, stil the same problems! Pity, its a nice place!

Every time I go there there are technical problems with the A/C. Under maintenance or being fixed etc. This time it was so hot that I had to sleep with the garden door open, with the dangers that poses, but fortunately there was a mosquito net.
