O mizerie cu pretenții de stele:))
Pros:

Nu sunt foarte multe aspecte pozitive

Cons:

Probleme mari cu personalul. Am fost sa cer o sticla cu apă la bar, am așteptat 10 minute, am urcat la sala de la etaj sa ii anunț ce doresc, mi-au zis ca vin imediat, am așteptat alte 15 minute apoi am mers din nou sus:))
Seara cand am vrut sa comand ceva de mâncare, un ospătar cu 3 clase în dotare mi-a dat-o peste nas intr-un ton foarte arogant spunând urmatoarele “cam deranjezi bucătăria daca vrei sa comanzi ceva, este un party deasupra și sunt ocupați acolo, du-te și tu la un restaurant!” :))

Cons:

La sosire nu am fost informati despre intervalul in care se serveste micul dejun precum si locul in care se seveste.
As fi inteles ca s-a omis aceasta informatie daca nu figura in rezervare mentiunea ,,mic dejun inclus".
Persoana de la receptie emana un aer,,plictisit"!
Noi am ajuns cu 10 min.peste program si am gasit doar niste firimituri!
La alte locatii si daca intarziam la micul dejun, personalul iti aducea orice se sevea la micul dejun !
