العاملين في الفندق جميهم رائعين
الفطور جيد وحلال لكن لا يوجد تنوع كل يوم
يوجد بقرب الفندق مول وسوبر ماركة وستار بوكس
ملاحظه / عند طلب غرف ملاصقه توصلو مع الفندق قبل الوصول وعند الحجز ضروري
يوجد غرف ملاصقه ويفتح بينهم باب رائعه ومريحه

Sehr aufmerksames Personal. Super freundlich. Preis Leistung top. Nutzten das Hotel nur für 1 Nacht zur weiterreise. Wir haben nicht gefrühstückt.

Pros:

Personal war superfreundlich. 10 Punkte*. Ich persönlich lege keinen großen Wert auf Türsteher/-öffner. Das finde ich als Bonus für Gäste, die das möchten, ganz nett, aber nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Gehört zum Inventar des Hotels dazu?!? 🤣 Fairerweise muss ich anerkennen, dass eine Übernachtung zu dem von mir bezahlten Preis völlig in Ordnung ist. Mehr ist es auch nicht wert… .

Cons:

Das Frühstück hat mich nicht überzeugt. Angebot, Qualität und Geschmack enttäuschten… .Da bin ich von vergleichbaren 5 Sternehotels wesentlich mehr gewohnt.
Mag sein, dass die Einrichtung von einer orientalisch gewohnten Klientel entsprechend gut angenommen wird. Ich fand das Dekor und die Inneneinrichtung sehr altmodisch, wenn nicht zu sagen altbacken. Wie wäre es denn vielleicht mit frischen Blumen in Vasen anstelle von verstaubten Plastikblumen. Mir kommt dieses Hotel nicht mit einem Schwung Frische daher, sondern ist in einer Zeit von Jahrzehnten zurückgeblieben.

كله حشرات وصراصير داخل الغرف وتم تصويرها للاستقبال وقام باستبدال الغرفه ولكن الغرفه الجديده كذلك موجود فيها اكثر من الاولى🙃

simply wonderful to stay.
Pros:

Excellent local cuisine. Halal and wonderful varieties each morning. well mannered and helpful staff.
Hotel has beautiful Islamic design and architecture and few halal restaurants around. Restaurants are clean and food is cheap and much cheaper than Australia from where we traveled.

Cons:

Too many mosquitoes, Staff were not helpful. No basic amenities like water/coffee in the lounge area (unless you pay for it) Smelly and dirty rooms. Basic hygiene stuff were not available. Bathroom would randomly get locked, room and bed were small, not suitable for more than 2 people, not even child. Transport options they provide is way too expensive then outside options. not even in a good location from everything else.
