Pros:

Die tolle Lage mit Sicht auf Bozen und die Dolomiten.
Die Aufgüsse in der Panorama Sauna waren top. Beim Frühstück hat es an nichts gemangelt. Essen war abwechslungsreich und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Sehr nettes Personal, welches auch Wünsche direkt umgesetzt hat.
Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig mit tollen Blick auf die Berge, sauber und komfortabel.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück war das Personal leider mehr mit abräumen beschäftigt, als mit Bestellungen aufzunehmen. Da keine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden ist, muss man diesen bringen lassen. Das hat dann öfters mal gedauert.
Es dauert eine Weile, bis man sich in dem weitläufigem und verwinkelten Hotel zurecht findet. Aber alles in allem hat es dem schönen und erholsamen Urlaub keinen Abbruch getan.

Our stay was, without exaggeration, absolutely perfect! the hotel truly exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we had full access to all the spa facilities, which made the experience even more relaxing and special.

The room was also outstanding, very spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable, which made a big difference throughout our stay.

Breakfast was impeccable, with exceptional variety and quality, and the dinner, a five-course experience, was simply perfect every single night. Overall, the food deserves a special mention.

The service was another highlight: the staff was incredibly attentive, kind, and always available. We also loved the thoughtful details, like being provided with robes and slippers to walk around the hotel comfortably.

We truly loved our stay and can’t wait to hopefully come back again soon.
