Die Lage ist Mega, wenn man mit dem Zug reist und trotz des Trubels um die Ecke, konnten wir bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Der Nachtportier war unglaublich herzlich in Empfang genommen und für die frühe Abreise noch ein Frühstückspaket vorbereitet! Ich fand das extrem aufmerksam!

Cons:

Der Mann, der tagsüber an der Rezeption sitzt, sollte bei seinem Kollegen nachfragen, wie man Menschen herzlich begegnen kann und wie man lächelt:-)

Vhodné na krátky pobyt, bolo to fajn
Pros:

Lokalita hneď vedľa železničnej stanice, z letiska nás autobus vysadil priamo na námestí hneď vedľa ubytovania, kanvica, raňajky miešané vajíčka, saláma, syr, slané aj sladké pečivo. Na recepcii milí personál. Nepochopili sme prečo, ale v deň príchodu nám napísali, že máme ísť do úplne iného hotela na check in a tam sme aj ostali ubytovaní - Hotel Sant Angelo Palace. Výhodou bol minibar.

Cons:

Veľmi slabá až žiadna Wifi - čo je nevýhoda pretože sme zbytočne mali veľkú smart TV, ktorej nefungovala Wifi - rovnako aj na mobiloch. Nevedeli sme kde je vchod hotela, bez inštrukcií alebo fotiek, nakoľko je ťažké sa orientovať na ulici. Podľa Google Maps sme vošli iným vchodom a museli nám otvoriť domáci. Kúpelňa na prvý pohľad dobrá avšak umyvadlo vodu striekalo všade inde okrem umyvadla. Na dve noci to bolo v poriadku. Pamäťové vankúše nám nevyhovovali ale to je osobná preferencia. Toaletný papier nebolo kde v blízkosti wc zavesiť ani položiť.

La vicinanza alla stazione e lo staff della colazione molto gentile e cortese.

Cons:

Diciamo che dalle foto mi aspettavo un ambiente decisamente più curato. Abbiamo trovato un asciugamano sporco, letteralmente con ditate nere, riportato in reception non si sono nemmeno scusati. La persona alla reception anzi sembrava quasi infastidita, decisamente non la cordialità che mi aspetterei da una struttura di ricezione. Stanza rumorosissima, senza tappi non saremmo riusciti a dormire e prezzo spropositato per l'offerta. La serratura della nostra porta in camera era stata chiaramente forzata e rotta, e non sistemata, non posso dire di aver dormito tranquilla.

Konum olarak çok merkezi bir yerde fakat muhit tehlikeli. Geç saatte hotele dönüşte problem olabiliyor. Ona göre değerlendirin ya da otele giriş saatinizi ayarlayın. Çalışanlar ilgiliydi. Özellikle kahvaltıda çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcılardı.

Cons:

Kahvaltıda çıkan sıcak ürünler sıcak değil, soğuktu. 7:30’da başlayan kahvaltı için 7:30’da gittiğimde bile soğuktu.

Napoli l'abbiamo vista, speriamo di star bene
Pros:

Ottima posizione, vicino alla stazione dei treni e della metro. Lo staff molto gentile, disponibile a dare qualsiasi informazione, con garbo e serietà. È possibile lasciare in deposito i bagagli. La colazione é abbondante con molta scelta nel dolce e nel salato. Pulizia giornaliera garantita fatta con cura. La camera é arredata in modo elegante ed ha una tv con mega schermo. Tutti, dai giovani receptionist alle signore della colazione, sono molto cortesi e ti fanno sentire accolto e ben accetto, cosa che non sempre abbiamo trovato in città.

Cons:

Non c'è una stanza dove poter sostare con gli amici per far due chiacchiere (o almeno non ci é stata mostrata)la reception é piccolissima. Ci sono 3 piani senza ascensore. La colazione inizia un po' tardi, alle 7,30, basterebbe mezzora prima. Forse il wi fi non é proprio al top se serve di doversi collegare. La porta non é ben sigillata e nonostante sia chiusa, entra molta luce dal corridoio esterno. Nel nostro letto matrimoniale, la mia parte era molto comoda mentre quella di mia moglie era un po' sfondata.
