La ubicación y la buena predisposición del personal. Son muy amables. Pudimos entrar a la habitación antes del check in porque ya estaba lista y quedarnos hasta las 12 el dia del check out ya que teníamos el vuelo a las 15 y teníamos las valijas. Eso se valora un montón.

J'ai logé dans un autre hôtel san angelo palace en raison d'indisponibilité á hôtel Bella Napoli. L'hôtel est sans commentaire. Excellent. Chambre propre et spacieuse. Seul bémol: la cabine de la douche est trop serrée.

Remerciements á Inga, Lucrezia et Rosario pour leur gentillesse et amabilité.

Hotel and staff are fine but the area felt threatening and unsafe.

The staff are friendly, the hotel and room are clean, and it's fairly cheap.

Cons:

The location is dire; it is down a dark side street, where shops are all shuttered and graffitied and my wife was nervous to walk down there at night.

Insgesamt völlig solide für den Preis und die Lage!
Pros:

Super Lage, super Preis-Leistung. Hervorheben möchte ich Isaac, der uns super beraten hat und uns für den extra frühen Check-out eine kleine Breakfast-Bag packen ließ!

Cons:

Die Ausstattung war teilweise etwas veraltet/ defekt, vor allem im Bad. Zimmer sehr hellhörig.
