Comfort
Couldnt have breakfast also ice machine did not work.
The location is good. Girls at front desk are very nice.
Zero water pressure. Toilet didn't work. Told the front desk twice and nothing was done. I dont blame the front desk. They are inundated with too many guests and are always alone. Housekeeping did not come even one time.

The bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom fan/ light was obnoxiously loud. I did not turn it on at night as I thought I would wake my husband.
It was comfortable in the room . The night receptionist was very nice.
The hallway was hot and had an odor. The ice machines and washer were out of order.
I had a personal emergency day of check out and my 19yr old son had to wait for me. He left the room with all of our things and cat and waited in the lobby. The manager was very rude and nasty and kicked him out, crying and he had to wait outside on the sidewalk in the hot 90 degree weather with the cat for hours until someone could get him. Instead of letting him sit in the lobby where he wasn't bothering anyone. It was horrible how he was treated by the manager, he had no compassion

Location is satisfactory. Room satisfactorily clean, although comparatively far from "spacious".
Continental breakfast no longer offered at this venue. Staff, evidently, unconcerned regarding the constant presence of cannabis smoking guests lounging in vicinity of lobby entrance.
