Como todas las ocasiones que visitado el hotel es el mejor para mi parecer confort y atención excelente 👌

Cons:

En una ocasión nos brindaron desayuno y merienda por la estancia en el hotel así evitamos algo de contratiempo en buscar en la noche de todas manera siempre es una excelente atención

Cuartos muy cómodos y limpios

Cons:

El momento del check in tuvimos problemas con la tarifa porque dijeron que Booking no puso los impuestos correctos y quisieron cobrar más de lo que decía la aplicación. Luego aceptaron la tarifa pactada en Booking

Bureaucracy and internal procedures ruin what could be a great experience.

It’s clean and comfortable from the restaurant we had an outstanding ocean view where we were able to see the whales. The food was great

They don’t respect Booking prices. They have too many bureaucratic procedures and no way to reason with them.

A perfect short stay to celebrate my birthday.
Pros:

The employees of the hotel are the best. They all go the extra mile to make your stay as perfect as possible. One particular employee, MariaJose who we met on the morning we checked in and we saw every morning at the hotel restaurant is just an incredible woman. She is truly a people person who truly loves her job and she treated us like we were her family. The breakfast buffet is the best my wife and I have had in all of our travels in Ecuador.
