Las instalaciones, la ubicación, el desayuno superó las expectativas, como era feriado tuvimos juegos para niños y para la familia, con entretenimiento de un payaso animador que hizo formas con globos para todos, es un hotel familiar y la atención de todo su personal es excelente. Maria José está presta a ayudar siempre, tuvimos un inconveniente con la llave y lo arregló en menos de 10 minutos

The environment, the “nature” inside the complex

Cons:

I paid much more than what booking said “was the total”… They never sent me any receipt at all, I’m still waiting. The girl that day said “they’ll send me” the invoice, nothing happened. I got charge $40 more on top of the reservation without any explanation…. besides the ladies in the restaurant are “too nice” (according to them) that feels that they’re actually harassing you… I mean, I understand you’re older and try to be “nice” but people also need their time to eat, why are they coming to bother all breakfast, to pick up your phone, touch your back and try to pretend they’re you’re friends… you’re nice, cool, don’t touch my belongings neither pass the respect line.
The place is beautiful though

Su estilo de hotel tipo cabañas, su personal muy amables y atentos, los desayunos tipo bufete son deliciosos es un lugar tranquilo para descansar a gusto y su ubicación cerca a la playa y al mall.
