It was good, location was good. Food options were good and fresh.
The Hotel is beautiful and the staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The complementary snacks, drinks and breakfast were delicious. We will definitely be back to visit again. Perfect vacation!
Beautiful location overlooking the harbor and the rooms were clean and tastefully decorated. Also the service was exceptional. Breakfast is continental but there’s lots of options from cereal to yogurt to muffins to fruit. And of course coffee. Alicia baked cookies every day in the afternoon that my husband loved. She made a point of reminding us when the cookies were to be fresh from the oven.
Some low-level humming from the bathroom which I assume was due to the heater. We were there over Christmas.
The location is great. The hotel and facilities were great. The front desk staff were amazingly friendly and helpful
My only criticism is the room was very small but even that wasn’t too bad.
Breakfast every morning was perfect and just enough options. It made getting going for the day easy and comfortable.
Two things that really did not take much away from our otherwise exceptional stay. The pillows in the room were a little soft and I realize the room was a bit small for it, but a small chair even in the room would have made getting shoes on to go or sit and read easier on our aging joints than sitting on the platform bed. But they are again very small issues for us.
Excellent location. Staff upgraded my accomodations when I arrived because they had extra rooms in adjacent location.
Parking could be a problem but staff gave me special parking.

To my opinion the price is too high, but it is Nantucket.
Was essentially a rooming house. Great location, friendly staff. The Veranda House 2 blocks away had more options for drinks, snacks, breakfast, etc. Thought I was booking Veranda House but apparently the "Sherburne" rooms are in a house 2 blocks away. Still nice.
So cozy , great location - right in town , comfy bed and sheets and great breakfast spread
