Nice place. Will go again.
Pros:

The front staff was extremely pleasant and easy to deal with. Abby, Diamond were great. I'm sorry I didn't get the name of the young man working the desk. He was great as well.
Rooms were nice and clean. It was close to the office, pool and hot tub. They have gas grills for BBqing and a ground shuffleboard.
I even brought some BBQ in for them to enjoy.

Cons:

The only bad is just a couple of little things.

1st. I booked 2 room. One was downstairs the other was upstairs.

2nd. The hot tub didn't feel like it was a full temperature, but still nice. Not all the jets worked.

3rd. The pillows weren't all that great. I asked if we could get a couple more for each room. Not 20 minutes later they were delivered. They were great.

Like I said just a couple of small things

We will be back.

Pros:

Location, Amenities, very comfortable and clean.

Cons:

Didn’t realize we would be asked to do a time share meeting. Wish that would have been mentioned in the booking. I appreciated no pressure when we canceled that meeting.

Cons:

We were put way in the back of the complex. Would have been better if we were near the pool and hot tub.

Room was clean and very nice.

Cons:

I booked this room 2 months ago. requesting a 3rd floor room in a building with an elevator, and if possible a view of the area. I was made to take a 2nd floor room with a view of another building. The view was acceptable, the 2nd floor was not. As usual the people, who arrived the next day, in the room above me stomped all over the place at all hours. This will probably be my last use if booking.com, this has happened before. Why ask for requests if they are not going to try to fulfil them

Location is great but some furniture upgrades are needed.
Pros:

Great location for easily reaching shows, shopping and restaurants. Staff was helpful—front desk and maintenance. We had an issue with lights and the toilet running, but maintenance came quickly to help us and were very polite and prompt.

Cons:

Beds were hard. Couch was soft and needs to be replaced. And tv was very small. Had some trouble with front gate opening right away.

We will return to this property again!
Pros:

Everything! Elevator access, washer/dryer and the walk-in shower was a real plus. We will return to this property again.

Cons:

The toilet is a low profile. We wish it was a little taller.
