We love staying here. It’s always a great experience. It’s so nice having a kitchen and washer/dryer with small kids
Pros:

Love the kid pool. My son had a blast playing in the water and i was able to watch him and sit in the water with our newborn.

Cons:

Wish the kid pool had lights.

Large room but needs tons of updates.
Pros:

The unit we stayed in was the first one built back in the late 1990’s. Very little had been updated since then and the lack of changes was really starting to show. All of the tiles in the bathroom were green and were all loose. Buildings 100-400 need some updating for sure!

Cons:

Bugs. Two giant house centipedes and ear wigs were killed over four days . We left a day early because of the centipedes we found .

Staff was great helped my in-laws with late reservation.
Pros:

Room was very clean, plenty of room.

Cons:

The first day at the resort elevator was not working so we had to take all groceries and luggage up the 3 flights of stairs

Would not recommend this place to anyone.
Pros:

It was a gated community.

Cons:

Beds are hard as a rock and there is no quiet times so our neighbors were making noise until 3 am for 4 out of the 5 night stay. Found brown recluse spider in our unit. Went to front desk to see what could be done and was told absolutely nothing. The facility has no quiet time and nothing they could do about the bed. I did ask to speak to the manager and was told they would contact me but no one ever responded back.
