Your facility made our trip to Branson spectacular !
Pros:

We were impressed by the cleanliness of our Villa, by the comfort of the room temperature, and the comfort of the bed. We liked having two doors to the bathroom, and we were so glad the kitchen had so many accessories.

Cons:

We would have liked tissues in the room.

Anniversary Trip.
Pros:

I liked the location. The size of condo. The balcony and the living room area and kitchen. Bedroom was nice size. Bathroom okay could use bigger vanities.

Cons:

The bed wasn't as comfortable as the beds in ither units we have stayed in. The air condition didn't cool down as fast as it shoukd have. Maybe it was because outside temperature was hotter than usual with heat index over 100. Could have had more parking closer to building. Maintenance parked their side by side in parking spaces more than once in front of unit. They shoukd have parked at end of parking lot or side farther frim buiding. Took awhile for shower water temperature to heat up. Could update size of tv's. Cliset wasn't very big. Alsi had vacumn and brooms abd mops in closet in bedroom. Not enough hangers in closet. This unit wasn't as nice as other condos we have stayed in at Palace View. A little disappointed. Hope our next visit we see improvement.

THE VILLA WAS VERY NICE

I DIDN'T LIKE THAT THE MAINTENANCE CAME TO MY DOOR AND KNOCK AND DIDN'T SAY WHO HE WAS WHEN I SAID HOW CAN I HELP YOU. HE REPLYED WITH OPEN THE DOOR AND WHE I ASKED WHE HE WAS, HE THEN TELLS ME AND I TOLD HIM TO HOLD ON AN LET ME AND MY HUSBAND GET DRESSES. WHEN I DID GO TO THE DOOR HE THEN TELLS ME NOT TO LOCK THE THE OUTSIDE DOOR BECAUSE THE OTHER GUEST COULDN'T GET INTO THERE ROOM IF WE LOCK THE OUTSIDE DOOR. I THEN TOLD HIM TO TELL THEM WE ARE SORRY AND WE DIDN'T KNOW. I ALSO RECIVED A PHONE AFTER THAT AND WAS ACCUSED OF SMOKING WEED IN THE ROOM AND WE DO NOT SMOKE AT ALL. WE HAD CANDLE BURN BECAUSE OF THE SMELL THAT WAS ALREDAY IH THE ROOM. AT CHECKOUT I ALSO TOLD THE YOUG LADY AT THE DESK AND SHE ACT AS IF SHE DID'NT CARE. I'M A MANANGER AT A HILTON PROPERTY AND BEEN AT MY PROPERTY FOR 24 YEARS AND I DO THE RULES OF STAYING IN A HOTEL.

Pros:

The room was clean for the most part. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The floor was not clean and my socks were very dirty after one day. That could be worked on. The other issue we had probably cannot be solved as it was we could hear everything coming from the next condo (we were in the brown condos.) Our neighbors were not the quietest, but we didn't think we should be able hear them as much as we did.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was great. Very clean. The variety of pools were nice.
Pros:

Very clean. And staff was GREAT

Cons:

Our “neighbors” were loud getting in at almost midnight, which woke us up. So sharing an entrance with someone wasn’t our favorite.

Pros:

It was very nice place

Cons:

The room had thumb tacks in the walls and tape from a party b4 my stay and they charged me $150 plus it was a time share scam. Never again plus the tubs were dirty
