Ubicación en el centro de Aguascalientes pero en una zona de muchos comercios. El hotel es muy limpio y el personal bien amable.

I had a bad experience at the hotel. I spoke with the manager in charge about the issues I was having and she did nothing about it.

Un hotel con instalaciones muy descuidadas y algo viejas, al llegar encontramos una cucaracha en la habitación.
La televisión tiene el volumen muy alto y el internet no llega a la totalidad de la habitación, sin mencionar que la

El personal es muy amable, en recepción aceptaron cambiarnos de habitación y en el check out fueron ligeramente flexibles.
Lo mejor de este hotel es su ubicación...
En general estuvo bien, solo detalles como que la habitación solo había 1 toalla y la reservación era para dos personas así que tuvimos que bajar por una mas.
La parte de abajo de la caman había una mancha muy grande.
El baño no esta tapado en su totalidad y esto genera que el vapor de el agua caliente se distribuya en toda la habitacion generando humedad.
Dirty small room, no place for the luggage. Not happy at all and I'm not really a picky person but this one for the price was terrible.

Las habitaciones no tienen calefacción, el baño tenía escaleras y la puerta del baño no cerraba bien
La ventilación del baño consistía en un hoyo en el techo en el área de la regadera donde se metía todo el viento.
Lo único bueno es el Oxxo que está a un lado del hotel

Staff was ok, location is great as it is a five minute walk to the cathedral, on my first night I noticed a small cockroach on the room floor and the bathroom had a humid/wet smell.
