Merkeze biraz olsada odalarının genişliği temizliği konforu ve kahvaltısının çok güzel olmasından dolayı her zaman tercih ettiğimiz bir otel.

Biz konaklamamizi bir gun planlamistik lakin konaklamayi uzatmak istedik bir gün daha maalesef ki resepsiyonda ki katia isimli hanimefendi hic yardimci olmadi ve kaldigimiz fiyatin yaklasik 1.5 kati bir fiyat teklif etti ve bu duurmun nedenini sordugum da ne yazik ki suan odalarimiz full e yakin ondan dolayi böyle bi fiyat politikasi izlediklerini belirtiler sonrasinda management ve diger yetkililerle yaklasik 20 dk tartistiktan sonra durumu düzelttiler welmond otelde 2. Konaklayisim yalniz ileri gimek yerine geriye gitmisler hizmet ve calisan kalitesi özellikle resepsiyondaki hanimefendiler katia isimli olan iletisim dersi almasi lazim

Confort, service, prix , très bon hôtel. Un petit déjeuner buffet de qualité avec énormément de choix , très bonne literie , parking avec voiturier gratuit, personnel professionnel et agréable . Je reviendrai sans hésiter

Her yanı ile ne tam ne de fazla çok eksikleri olan iletişim sorunlu bir oteldi. Kahvaltı çok kötü idi çeşit çok azdı. Bir daha konaklayacağımı sanmıyorum.

Otel konum ve manzara olarak çok güzel yerde. Otel personelinin hepsi olmasada büyük kısmı asık suratlı ve birleyleri zorla yapıyorlarmış hissi veriyorlar. Oda geniş, manzarası çok güzel. Fakat oda ve özellikle banyosu çok kötü kokuyor, lağım kokusu çok rahatsız edici. Kahvaltı çeşit olarak idare eder fakat temizlik konusunda yine vasatlar.

The room is only cleaned every two days, we only received one bath towel and one hand towel and that's even though we were 2 guests in the room and we had to go to reception and get another set, as soon as they came in to clean the room they didn't change towels but took the dirty ones and hung them up as if they were new
Apart from that, the room is very spacious, excellent location, very varied breakfast, courteous service at the reception, overall very good hotel.

In short: a nightmare for 5 nights
As someone who travels quite a bit around the world and in Batumi in particular, I have never come across such a bad phenomenon and experience. Such an experience that can completely ruin an entire trip.!!!
Of all the bad reasons I can list about this hotel: I don't think an A4 page will be enough to contain all of this:
So I'll start:
Poor room service
A dirty bathroom in addition to that I also slipped in it as a result and had to evacuate in an ambulance
Rude and unhelpful reception staff
Old and dirty bedding and furniture
Dismal maintenance (torn carpets, dirty bed linen, broken bathtub)
Air conditioner does not work at all without possibility of repair
A safe does not work without the possibility of repair
All kinds of attempts for additional charges according to laws that Kimim invented in any hotel in the world.
Mini bar with mafia prices.
They require you not to bring food and drink into the hotel (that is, they force you to order from their worst room service with exorbitant prices)
Any additional request of the guest is met with reluctance and responsiveness.
Every hotel I've been to in Batumi, even 3 stars, did not reach the dismal level of the above hotel.
If you love yourself, please stay away from this hotel.

AC was not working well, staff could not fix it, pillows, sheets not up to the standards of 5 star hotel, staff not helpful

I recently reserved a suite, but unfortunately, my experience there was rather disappointing. The lighting in the room was constantly flickering throughout my stay, creating a bothersome environment. I also encountered persistent issues with the Wi-Fi connectivity. Upon reporting this problem, the technical team advised me to alternate between their two Wi-Fi networks. Regrettably, this solution was ineffective and did not resolve the connectivity issues.

Furthermore, the cleanliness of the bathroom was unsatisfactory. It appeared to have been neglected for a while and was in dire need of a thorough deep cleaning. Overall, the condition of the suite fell short of my expectations and the standards one would anticipate for such accommodation

The hotel was perfect beautiful the service was 5 star everything was awesome.

Overall we are quite satisfied with our stay at JRW Welmond Hotel. We did receive an upgrade from mountain to sea view (actually it is a port view,you can see the pic from 10th floor) and a bottle of Georgian wine.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Special thanks for the cleaning lady, she was always so smiling and nice!

The room was spacious, everything you needed was there.
The buffet breakfast was tasty, you have a vast variety of ingredients/fruits/sweets etc, but we missed salsichas/bacon/meat.

Also we tried the restaurant menu at night, it was ok but nothing special in my opinion.

During our stay the swimming pool/sauna was almost empty everyday, so we could really enjoy it.
It is worth mentioning the Casino in the hotel- in our book the best in Batumi.

I will not put 5 stars because:

- During the night sometimes it was too noisy, literally you could hear the others talking
- There are NO towels in the pool/sauna, you have to bring your own. Big minus for 5 stars hotel
- Overall the hotel was clean, although we found cockroaches in the bathroom during the night

Poor reception, room was not clean, AC was not working in the room, i asked for an iron but they tried to convince me to use their laundry service instead! When i insisted, they brought me one. Location and view is poor
