Just the way you check in, Saturday afternoon and the counters closed and you have to call a number. Kills the service off and turns it into a self checkin low cost hotel

It was disappointing to have to stand outside for 15 minutes in the rain waiting for someone to answer the call before we could gain access to the box that contained our room card. I would have thought this information would have been contained in the email that we received the morning of the stay.

Was a slight smell in bathroom,maybe because no window but was a great overnight stay
Stayed here before which is usually good but this time there was a beeping noise every 10 or so minutes - there is no one to contact after the office is closed. The door also kept rattling as if wind was blowing at it - I had the worst sleep ever experienced. I also requested an invoice to be emailed at checkin as my stay was for work purposes and followed up the next day, followed by the next day and still have not received any response. Put off and will not be staying here again.
