I stayed there so my kids could use the pool, only to find out being there the first day, that the had issues with the pool and never got it fixed in the two days we were there, so had to spend additional funds to keep my kids entertained, since they didn't get to swim,plus the staff when I complained basically could careless of how this was inconvenient! I am asking for some type of refund for the inconvenience for me and my kids, I will never stay there again or recommend them

The ataff was very friendly

Cons:

The hotel is old and needs updating.. as well the sink to be moved into the washroom. I mean, you go use the washroom, wipe, and then open the door.. Hopefully, you remember which hand you used, lol.. the fridge had mold or stain( didn't bother to find out)

Great bed and shower, but needs some maintenance
Pros:

Very comfortable (i.e., firm!) bed! Great shower, spacious room, quiet. Very helpful staff and clean lobby, overall good breakfast.

Cons:

The toilet was not securely attached and the room was a bit dusty, with some small trash items on the floor.

Day early? No matter!
Pros:

I showed up a day early from my reservations. Jada S. and team worked hard to ensure that I would not have to change rooms and that I would enjoy my stay as much as possible. Jada was particularly friendly and helpful.
