Staff is nothing, but kind. I did not experience any issues staying. Everyone was pleasant and can't wait to stay there again in the future!
Continental breakfast was great! Staff were helpful.
The restaurant attached to the facility had good pizza, but was filthy and rundown. The facility must’ve been in upgrade mode as walls were half painted or needing paint and repair.

The attached restaurant/bar is not as advertised-dirty and focused on take out only.
The staff was excellent and more than met our expectations. Breakfast is adequate. We appreciated the occasional cookies and the fact we could get coffee and tea as wanted.
The hotel is badly in need of upgrades and repairs. It feels dingy. The pool is extremely small. The beds are hard and difficult to sleep in.

The only thing was, they did not see to our room with coffee packets, replenish towels, soaps. We were told by front desk, they don't do the rooms anymore. We were there for 5 or 6 days. That is not good.

Well maintained facility, friendly staff and for this brand of hotel an excellent breakfast.
It was ok. Hot tub didn’t work. Snacks we bought from lobby were old, and only a couple days from sell by date. Free scotcheroo bars were good. Breakfast was for sure old products as one of the pastry breads were rock hard as were the muffins and cereal. They put too much out way too soon so it got cold right away. Girl attending was friendly. Kid working the desk was awkward and didn’t know what he was doing because he was too new to have been left alone.
