Great staff customer service.

Toilet room is too small,

Easy to find the place,poeple are very accomodating and very good.

Location is close to LRT station, Savemore grocery store and pharmacy. Decent walking distance to Robinson’s Magnolia-great place for decent shopping and dining experience. The room was not as clean as I’d hoped and the toilet room smelled like sewer. I had to ask my sister for some baking soda to get rid of the sewer smell. Their elevator also smelled like sewer. The hotel is located at the corner of a busy street so all night and at dawn, all I heard was the aggressive honking of jeepney and other drivers.

The doors to the adjacent rooms are really close to each other. The alarm to the exit door would go off randomly as well.

it might be better if there’s any headboards to keep from hitting your head from the wall cement. good breakfast

For a 3-star hotel, it smelled of cockroach even after spraying with perfume.. We were there for 2 nights, also encountered that many baby cockroaches running around. Linens felt like it's from cheap motels, dirty. Tried to look for a different room, was ok to pay extra, but was told it would look exactly the same. Hard pass. Could barely use the bathroom, did not dare to use the shower. Absolutely disappointed with the cleanliness of the place. Only good thing was the staff. Polite enough but not too helpful. Walking distance from Robinson's, next door to Gilmore.

very friendly staff

Stayed 4 nights in October 2024. Staff are very courteous and accommodating. All of them from front office to restaurant and doorman are very courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and respectful.

The property and location itself is good. The only downside is the drain in the shower. Water is accumulating on the shower floor while showering; it drains but not fast enough so that your feet is not soaked in the water.

It was a very comfortable and nice place to stay at overall, my only gripe was that the bar could get loud and kept me up some nights

The hotel itself is good, but the area outside the hotel is not very well kept or safe.

The staff I talked to over the phone was very unhelpful. I have explained to her my situation but still didn't give a consideration.

My flight arrived at 10:30PM and was able to check-in by 12midnight. I was requesting to have a late check-out but was instead offered to pay for half the rate for a late check-out of 3PM. How ridiculous!!!

No bedroom slippers, i asked for it - front desk told me to wait for the delivery but no one came.
The breakfast menu was very limited (no fruits) as well as the space/area (2nd floor)
Wifi connection in the room was very poor - i called the front desk twice to report such, i was told that they would check, but until we checked out i was not able to connect to it.
There was a lot of noise which is very audible esp during the night - no notice of whatsoever was given to the occupants/guests (9th floor)

I hope next time we stay , they will provide iron and also their towels are filthy

Pretty decent room for the price. Although, actual room looks different from the advertised pictures.

The hotel was realllllllyyyy nice

The hotel is on a major road so there is nearly 24 hours of honking horns and traffic noise. The bathroom had no towel racks and the shower was a light spray which never really got very warm. It would have been nice to have bedside table lamps as an option over the bright ceiling light fixture. There was only one light blanket on the bed and the floor was not carpeted. The breakfast was not worth the cost. The omelette was greasy and overcooked, the juice was made from a powder, and the toast was cold. We did appreciate that the bottled water in the room was free of charge, though!

Quite nice, only the bed frame is not appealing to me because of the edges, it hurts my legs when getting up and sitting at the edges. No complimentary or disposable slippers.

Very poor internet service.
