Room was clean and everything worked as it should.
The breakfast consisted of sausage gravy over biscuits, waffles or cold cereal. Absolutely nothing carb friendly. I had a suite and the wall mounted tv could have moved so you could see it better from the sitting area and the bed. Especially since it was small for a room that size. Needs a small lamp or dimmer switches. If you like lots of light then you would have loved this room. I don't want to sit in a bright room if I'm just chilling or watching tv before bed.

Overal OK, but the water is terrible, shower made my skin red, don't know what's in the water but I'm not taking a shower again at this hotel. Didn't drink the (tap) water it either. Didn't' trust it.

We always stay with you when traveling and I've always given excellent reviews. This time however, I tried to cancel our reservation because our guys were already done with the job in the area and did not need to come back this week. I was unable to get ahold of anyone, nor did anyone respond to my cancellations request or messages! There is a HUGE lack of customer service!! To not be able to get ahold of anyone at the hotel for a week is completely unacceptable!

The staff was wonderful. Room was well stocked with hygiene items. It was also very clean.
It was terribly loud. Could hear the toilet and water running from another unit. Got woke up very early as could hear men talking loudly in next room. The breakfast was not as good as others I’ve stayed in and eating room very crowded.
