This hotel is the most disgusting place I’ve ever seen. The pictures of the hotel are decades old and are totally misleading. The rooms are like prison cells that haven’t been cleaned in years. Light switches black with thick filth. Stained bed linen, glass missing in the window meant mosquito bites from head to toe. No running water in the bathroom meant no shower!
I complained to the manager but he dismissed it and said all was fine.
Packed my bags in the morning and left.
Lots of nice places nearby for a small extra cost.
DO NOT USE THIS PLACE - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!

This is not we expected from the property side.
Again we have booked the other hotel and then moved.
Totally Disappointed with the property.

I was saved by luck. I was alloted room no 216..The gyser was directly connected to the shower... We were getting very hot water from shower only and cold water from tap . No scope of adjustment of water temperature. The reason why I was about to die while bathing was the direct connection of hot water to shower which was of metal.. while I was applying soap I lifted my hand and tip of my finger touched the shower...I got a very bad shock and was thrown away..I was saved by the grace of Almighty God.. I am attaching the image of shower.. The matter was reported to the management.. the hotel does not follow minimum safety.. hygiene and cleanliness is very bad... TV also was not working. Staff were also not proper...overall very bad experience...please don't book this hotel online as you will never come to know the safety issue.. please check the attached images of metal shower which has direct connection of hot water on it.

It was one of the worst places v have stayed in because of extremely disgusting smells (like dead rotting animals!) coming from residence next door. Then very reluctantly v were given another room in the main body of the hotel. This room was in very poor condition & smelt terribly of damp, which made all r belongings go mildew & damp.

There was no water in the toilet and the staff didn’t respond to phone call and not in sight

Had a great night's sleep and a great breakfast after my morning swim, speaking russian would be an advantage for communicating with the majority of the guests and perhaps i could even teach them some basic manners!!!!

One word. Horrible. from overall to condition. Stuffy room due to poor ventilation. Room not ready on arrival despite off season (June 2017) had to change two rooms before we finally settled. Fresh bedsheet not available as fresh linen not arrived from laundry. No intercom in any of the rooms to reach out to reception of their contractual restaurant. One has to walk from room to receiption if any issues. Pool side very noisy. I want to ask Hotel India one simple question. Did you vet the hotel before advertising on the website?? This resort urgently needs a good management and refurbishing. Location wise is very ideal. Only advantage close proximity to the beach, plenty restaurants, pubs and shops This review is written with all honesty so that guest can have it value for money before booking.

Main counter and rooms should be connected by intercom system. Rooms must have bell facility to call the attendant. It is trouble some to see room attendant. Sometime he was not present to attend the problem.

Pool was under repair. Room had a damp and dank atmosphere. There was a musty smell.

Low budget. Good location. Multicuisine restaurant. Near Colva Beach. Clean swimming pool.

Dirty rooms, dirty pillows, smells, bar and restaurant was good though

Definitely I seggest for my friends they have very good staff also and whole services are very good

Was welcomed by telling that they do not have my booking with them which i booked on hotels.com. Eventually got a room. No such thing as service here. You got to get everything you need with you. You'll even need to insist to clean your rooms. Pool is chlorinated once in the night, dont expect a running filter during the day. Rooms are ok.

The hotel is normal like all other 3 star hotels in India. The bathroom is not so clean (thumbs down). The shower is poor with low pressure and no hot water. There are other hotels closer to the beach that was better.
