Staff was great room v clean and comfortable just need different pillows

Cons:

Pillows go flat as soon as you lay your head on them get some really good pillows that dont go flat and you will truly be a 10 star motel all around cause every other part is a 10

Very clean, helpful and friendly staff.

Cons:

Hardly worth mentioning because it wouldn't stop us from staying again but the mattress was a little too soft.

Cons:

The bath stopper didn’t work in the first hotel room. I was moved to another room. Breakfast seemed lacking. No one at front desk when checking out.

Indoor “heated” pool was FREEZING
Pros:

It seemed clean.

Cons:

The so called heated pool was FREEZING. We were looking forward to floating in the pool. That was kind of the whole point of going, to get away and drink a couple cocktails and float in the pool and relax. Well, we ended up n the room in bed watching tv because the pool was so dang cold.

Pros:

First time here and it was a nice stay! Would come back again! Our original room we had was not cleaned yet so I told the front desk and he upgraded our room for free! The staff were great and kind!
