Pros:

The staff were very helpful and the bus ride to the airport was very good.

Pros:

Worst experience ever. Manager lie about agreed price , not professional never once ask if need anything chaged me 15 for a face cloth cause had thine season on it , this is bull and top off doesn't stand by its policy we come in from put of town they raise pet fee soon as we book in have no idea on service anamial rooms shower stain discustiing , all there team is out to luch I will report this to. Booking dot Com I have no use for lies and dis honestly people go back to your country people u su k as a servie

Our room had a faulty shower and it didn’t get fixed. Had to switch room but no compensation.
