My reservation was lost. I was told that I had no reservation and therefore could not be reimbursed. And now you insult me by sending me this? Obviously between booking.com and the Radisson, you have found a new way of scamming seniors. So I’m out $100+, and did not stay at your hotel.
No satisfaction whatsoever. I will never use your hotel again, and I am sharing my experience with everyone I can. You owe me $100+
Staff was good.
Door key needs to be replaced 3 times. Could not get bottle of water. Finally bought it from staff after 3 requests. Couldn't find the iron, after 1 hour get it from staff by request. Couldn't find the toothpaste. After a lot of requests, finally get it. Exhaust fan sound is like the running of train engine. Shower area was not adequately addressed. Wa4ee was coming out and spreading on floor, caused slip and fell on the floor. Try to watch TV, it shows the photo of hotel, nothing else.

We always enjoy staying at the Radisson Edmonton Airport when we have an early flight out. The rooms are always; clean, comfortable and quiet. The front desk staff are wonderful.
Small thing, there was a bit of damage on the wall behind the bathroom door which makes it look a bit tacky. IMO.
Location was not at the airport as the name suggests
The fact I was offered the night's stay for $100 cash and no receipt. I told the staff I knew what they were doing and that I would prefer to pay full price with a receipt. The room was way too hot at 23 C. The room had a strong scented smell so I was moved to a fragrance free suite.
The shuttle picks up from different hotels so don't expect a quick trip to the airport.
Had to request full size pillows for the bed... only square couch cushions error supplied.
Close to my meeting
There were used bandaids on the floor of my room. The complimentary shampoo and conditioner were used, half full. When I got to the room it was super hot and the only way I could get air conditioning was to leave the blinds open or it blocks the ac unit and no cool air gets to you. Went for a drink at the lounge ask for a gin and tonic they had no tonic so it came with soda water.
It was close to the airport
Beds were hard pillows were small restaurant was disgusting, cleanliness, and food. We ordered drinks and we brought absolutely nothing even close to what we ordered and we were charged full price for everything even what we sent back to the kitchen. The check-in process took 30 minutes.
Showers leaked all over the bathroom floor

I probably arrived on an off day for this property, but the first room they checked me into had an unmade bed that very obviously had been slept in without the sheets being changed. I went back to front desk and asked to be moved to a different room that was made up. The new room was cleaned after the last guest but hadn't been stayed in recently as it was super dusty on the surfaces and there were a few dead spiders in the corner.
We went to go have dinner at 7pm in the on-site restaurant, but they closed 2 hours early because the cook was short staffed and was overwhelmed. Both the website had it listed until 9pm on Friday evenings and at checkin we were told we could enjoy a dinner there until 9pm. This was frustrating because I chose this hotel based on having a restaurant so I wouldn't have to get back in my car after traveling for 6 hours to get there. The front desk staff were not overly helpful, and offered breakfast however breakfast was not available until after we had to leave for airport.
