Not worth stay for the amount of problems

I want to tell you how extremely inconvenient this hotel has been. Especially after a very long road trip to get here.
We got here and the evening fella was lovely at check in but I asked for 2 keys and only received 1.
When we got to the room, I had to use washroom. There was absolutely NO soap in the room. The wall attached body wash bottle is empty above the washroom sink as well as the lotion. The nice fella from the desk brought us up 2 bags of soap.
I called the restaurant to order room service and they wouldn't answer yet we just walked by and saw it empty. The call was routed to the front desk and he told me the kitchen will call me right back. I didn't hear from them for almost 15 mins then the lady told me I could only pick up food not have room service.
We put the tv on and the remote is missing the battery cover so they kept popping out and the guide on the tv doesn't even work so we had to turn every single channel just to find out what was on tv. We had just spent a week in the bush and really wanted to watch some tv.
In the morning we go to have showers and every single bottle of products is empty in the shower and there were only 2 towels provided for a room with 2 queen beds meant to sleep 4. There was mold all around the bathroom grout as well.
We went down for our complementary included breakfast and I asked for a tea with a splash of milk and the waiter told me I'm not allowed to have milk for my tea or they will charge me for it.
This place is ridiculous I do not recommend it at all.
It looks like a nice hotel and the beds are comfy but that’s it.

Pros:

Kurzer Weg zum Flughafen und kostenloser Flughafen Shuttle.
Das Restaurant in Hotel ist prima!

Cons:

Langer Weg in die Stadt rein, aber man muss eben wählen, worauf es einem ankommt. Mir war die Nähe zum Flughafen wichtiger.
