Room had an odor on arrival. Safe on the floor. No fresh coffee at 5:30 am. Towels we old worn and insufficient quantity for 2 people.

It says it has a Hot Tub but doesn’t not have a Hot Tub!
Liked the check in for my stay. Agent friendly and helpful.room was comfortable and warm.
We asked for a wake up call and did not get it.

Didn't have breakfast. Hotel was adequate and well priced.
The shuttle took over an hour to pick me up at the airport. I am cancelling a future booking here hoping to get better service elsewhere.

Only one towel in the shower
The room was beautiful and spacious. Victoria was very friendly in reception and upgraded us because of only an extra five minute wait in the lobby.
