People 10 years old and over stay for 150 zł per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

The hotel itself is cool. Could use some renovation, but no drama. The Greek/Turkish restaurant downstairs is top-class.

The woman at the front desk did try. That’s the silver lining in an otherwise awful stay.
The air conditioning didn’t work and the room was so hot. I got moved to another room, but then the key card didn’t work and I was locked out with al my items inside. The reception said a handyman was coming, but he didn’t come. They eventually told me it would be 3 hours. I agreed to go back to the hot room as all other rooms were taken. The shower head didn’t work so I had to wash my hair on my knees with the small shower hose. The TV didn’t turn on. The balcony door didn’t lock - huge safety issue. They only have a single duvet for a double bed. The double bed had a flimsy mattress topper on it that was incredibly uncomfortable. Reception said she would call the manager about a discount for my awful experience but then just disappeared and there was nobody at the front desk all night. I had to leave early in the morning so I spoke to nobody and never received the discount. All my emails have also been ignored.
Several weeks before arriving I tried to book a massage but they also ignored those emails. They never pick up the phone when I ring.
The hotel has so many broken things, doesn’t take care of their customers, and clearly management doesn’t care. I wouldn’t stay here again even if it was completely free.
I will book somewhere else for my next 3 stays in Lubin.
This is the worst hotel experience I’ve had even though I’ve visited over 65 countries! Never again!
Chambre et salle de bain pas très propre à l'arrivée. Douche avec une fuite donc peu de pression d'eau, ascenseur et fontaine à eau en panne. Personnel qui ne parle pas anglais

Brud i grzyb na ścianach. Brak lodówki. Brak oświetlenia w łazience. Ogólnie brudne pokoje. Materac śmierdzi moczem. Zatkana toaleta. Klimatyzacja nie działa. Winda nie działa. Brak obsługi w recepcji w godzinach nocnych. Wbrew opiniom, opisom i zdjęciom jeden z gorszych hoteli na naszych wyjazdach służbowych. Szok!

Location was great for us, plenty of parking available and friendly staff.
We had booked the deluxe suite and this room needs a serious deep clean and repairs. The carpet is disgustingly stained and so is the sofa. The overhead shower isn’t working in the bathroom, the toilet seat was loose and overall just felt very run down
